I am sad yo have to do this but it needs to be said. I came here for lunch today January 9th a little before 2pm. The whole place looked like a wreck. There was no meats ready or available, no one was in the kitchen rushing to make more food, there was no forks, no knives, tables were dirty, trash on the floor, the side machine didn’t have ice, trash cans where overflowing inside and outside, the bathrooms were in bad shape, just the whole place was in very bad shape, no one was rushing to clean up or to make more food or to put ice or to clean tables.. the only one I can really see doing work was the lady at the to go line. Someone needs to do something about this place, it can’t be like this. Pretty bad experience here.

This location is always filthy. Every table had food and trash on them. The floors were just as bad. The manager walked past the dining area and never made an effort to clean or ask another team member to help. We got our food to go because of how dirty it was. On a positive note, all the team members making the food were friendly and the portions were generous.

I am so angry with this location. I LOVE Chipotle and have always been an avid supporter; however, I placed a large catering order on a specific date and got held up at work so I TOTALLY FORGOT about picking up the order at the specified time that evening (when I finally left work). I am military, so it’s not like you can tell them you have an obligation and just leave…. So I went there the next day to inform them of what happened. They proceeded to tell me that “the manager said I will need to contact [this number] (handed to me on a sticky note) to discuss next steps… when I asked as to why no one even bothered to call me (which is why they ask for your number -regarding issues with your order, etc.) I was told that “there are mostly kids working and they do not know how to use the rotary phones”!!!!! Are you KIDDING ME! I was FURIOUS but I was in uniform so I left without saying a word (for fear I would act out of character in uniform). Then, my husband called the number given and they tried to transfer him to ANOTHER number but that number would not go through and he was told they would have someone call US back. 3 weeks later, we still have not received a call and we apparently just donated over $110 to Chipotle out of the kindness of our hearts… I would hope maybe they would take that money and teach “the kids” that work for them how to use a regular phone other than a cell phone. I am appalled and beyond angry. Thanks for treating your customers with respect and thanks for changing my mind about eating at Chipotle any time soon – ESPECIALLY not this location.

My hubby placed an online order to be ready at 10:50, 5 minutes after opening. I walked in at 10:55 and the to-go shelf was empty. In fact, there was a guy ahead of me, waiting for his to-go order to be completed, and 5 people lined up placing orders. They were busy!!! I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be made. But, the restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and were working hard. My food is fresh and yummy. I come to this location often, and this is always the case. Five stars from me! Thank you!!

If I could give it a zero I would. Went in to get two bowls and a burrito. The kid in the line kept making comments of how he hates his job and is over it and will quit if one more person came in to order. While making the food he would put little to nothing, I got one veggie bowl and he put 3 pieces of veggie on it, when asked if he could put more he said it’s all they had and they couldn’t make more. Most of the line was empty of food items, keep in mind 4 more people were in line behind me and they had a minimum of 12 online order that they hadn’t made. I understand you want to go home as soon as possible but when there is still almost two hrs left of store operating hours and your cook is cleaning the grill, that’s an issue. To top everything off I was charged completely wrong, and if I said anything they claimed they couldn’t do anything. I’ve avoided chipotle many times due to bad customer service, this is just a reminder as to why I’ll continue to avoid them. But to them it’s just one less customer who cares right?

I won’t blame the young lady who was serving , I WILL HOLD MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABLE . I could visibly see that she was overwhelmed when I came in to pick up my online order. There was a line of people & others still coming in mind you this is about 15 min prior to close + 3 people including myself to pick up online orders. I waited about 7 min before I went to the counter & asked about online orders because I could see 3 bags on the counter. She stated she’s the only one working and she’s doing as best she can. I cannot fault her for poor management. She was very calm & courteous when she conveyed this. Clearly overworked, I am sure she’s underpaid but I will say this, ease up on the servings. This is way too much guacamole and I saw the same thing on a customer who was being rang up. I got my food, both items were cold. How do you leave your employees insufficient help in an up & coming, extremely busy area on let alone a night that football is on?! People are more than likely NOT cooking. Management needs to be overhauled at this point because this is unacceptable for customers and the employees.

This location has the slowest service I’ve ever seen for a Chipotle. It also feels like a person standing in front of you doesn’t matter as much as an online order. The employees all seem to have a chip on their shoulders & I will not be revisiting this location. Undercover boss needs to film here and see what’s going on with their crew.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE OR ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE!!! You hire a bunch of kids that don’t want to work, they treat people rude, and their overall attitude is that they don’t want to be there anyway! The food has gone seriously downhill and if you ask for a little bit more of something, you want to charge extra, NO WAY!!! Every time I go to a location in Dallas or Ft Worth, there are no napkins, no utensils, and the drink machines don’t work!!!!!! THE CLEANLINESS IS HORRIFIC, WITH TABLES SUCH A MESS WE HAVE TO WIPE THEM DOWN OURSELVES, HORRIBLE!!!! You all have let Chipotle go downhill bad and quick! You are going to end up just like Pei Wei and be out of business soon if you don’t start getting a handle on these restaurants.
