I placed an order online for delivery since I work from home. The food came fast and was hot..the only thing is I ordered a chicken burrito with extra chicken and my entire burrito consisted or bottom of the barrel burnt ends of the chicken. Every bite was crunchy and hard to chew. What a waste.

I had a mobile order so I went through the drive thru which took them forever to come to the window. I understand they were busy and also had issues going on with their online orders, but there was no acknowledgment. I got a steak bowl and it was okay, whoever cut up the veggies that day got lazy because it was huge chunks of peppers.

The portions on the food seemed like a little much. It kind of ruined the flavor for me and it didn’t end up tasting very well. I ended up only eating half of my burrito before throwing away the rest. Smaller portions on guac and lettuce specifically would have been nice. I asked for a pinch of lettuce and was given a handful.

A very rude worker. The lady with glasses working pick up scolded us because we were a few min early per pick up order. We went around and let the other car go behind us. We were back in line at the pick up time we had. She was very rude and called us out for holding up line. We were that at exact time my order said 2nd time we went to window. We did not hold up line. Customer service was awful. The younger guy working was nice.

We placed our order and the ingredients looked fresh (the only good part in this review), I told the woman making our food to put the hot sauce in the bowl that had the no beans in it and she put it in the wrong one, the cashier was not friendly or helpful with the rewards app, the chips I ordered with queso was stale. When we sat down to eat, we sat at the high top tables. On the high top table next to us the employees decided to climb up on the table and start dusting the light fixtures with a towel and swifter duster. The way the sun was shining into the restaurant you could see all the dust flying around right above us and next to us. Then in the kitchen area they had meat frying on the grill and there was an employee cleaning the hood and walls right above and around it with soapy water in a green container and a towel as the meat is cooking! This is at 7 pm, it seems as if they were going to be audited soon but this type of cleaning should be done after closing. I won’t be returning to Chipotle if this is how they conduct business. Thinking about the meat cooking and the employee’s dirty shoes right next to it on a step ladder cleaning the stainless steel hood had me gross out!

Picked up an online order through the drive thru—a salad. Was told at the window during pick up “no vinaigrette”. disappointed but ok, I get home and open it to see this….no lettuce, none of the salsa I asked for and I got chicken but found a piece of pork in it. I have never been more at a loss for words….drenched in liquid. It was a soup consistency, and I couldn’t even pick up the bowl as it was soaked in this liquid

I typically go to a place 2-3 times over a time span before i decide if i go again. Something tends to be wrong every time Ive came here rice is to salty or hard, the meat is semi burnt , drink is flat. I’m unsure why it’s this way ! I love chipotle and they disappoint to many times
