I personally had a great experience here! I came here on my lunch break from work and the line was long but they got me through the line in less than 5 minutes. The food was so fresh and vibrant. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive and generous with portions. Really liked how I saw the young woman in the line changing her gloves often and serving with a smile. She was able to serve lots of people, alone and quick. Will definitely return and recommend.

I haven’t been in Chipotle in a while, but going today made me wonder if I should go back to this location. Everything was shabby, the lettuce didn’t look fresh, the chicken was overcooked, and the the place had a general lack of interest feeling.

Went and picked my food up & was questioned on if I really got a meal. Asked for a side of sour cream and the girl was mad and didn’t give it to me. Got home and opened my bowl and it was less than half full. Called the location asking for a manager and the girl, cheyenne, was extremely rude; refused to give the phone to a manager until I gave her my name for my order, when I told her I just needed to speak to a manager concerning my unfulfilled order she caught an attitude and mocked me, I then proceeded to hear her telling the people in the back that the lady on the phone is mad. The girl who got on the phone next didn’t give me her name or ask how she could help, just simply said “hello?” And I had to confirm it was the manager. When I’m telling her my concerns, the team members in the back are loudly laughing & she can’t even acknowledge what I’m saying to her because she was also laughing. I asked her if something was funny & she tells me I can come back for them to remake it. I was fuming at this point. I asked for her name, she told me it was Sydney, but who knows if that’s actually her name or if she was even the manager on duty. I get chipotle a lot & im not paying for a half empty bowl of food. The customer service is an actual dumpster fire. Laughing at customers who are already mad after they were given attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Train your team better. Hire people who want to work instead of entitled lazy children. Customer service seems to be the biggest issue in this store seeing all of the other reviews just from the past month alone. Embarrassing.

Customer service at this location sucks!!! I asked for a bag when I was checking out and I never got one. When I went back up there when we were leaving with Togo stuff I asked again and the b at the register aggressively took one out and set it on the counter. Mind you I’m standing there with my 18 month in one arm while holding my drink and holding the two containers of food in the other. The disrespect was insane. This is what happens when you have children running a store during the weekend.

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered a steak burrito with black beans and everything on it and they made it unwrappable so when I opened it the entire inside of the burrito fell onto me. I had to go inside to get a bowl for it because I was in my car on lunch break. Can’t wrap a burrito or follow instructions. Also the entire staff had no communication and all looked clueless to what was going on and what needed to be done. They looked like chickens with their heads cut off.

OMG SO UPSET !!!! Tuesday morning and burrito is on my dinning room table untouched . Why is it untouched the guy with the long blonde hair kept wiping his noes with his wrist , then he started cleaning up with the gloves throwing food away never changing them then the ultimate foul was in the middle of making my burrito he pulled up his pants witch were filthy !!!!!! Then preceded to grab the lettuce with his nasty gloves and rolled my burrito . SMH The only reason why i just took the burrito because i was tired I worked 4 16 hour shifts in a row and I wanted a chipotle burrito bad as my reward and it was late and i didn’t want to make a scene . I was supper tired . If you look at the pictures and receipt you will see the date was yesterday . And Im posting this today the next morning . My husband was supper upset and offered to go get me something . But i just went to sleep and woke up hungry . This is not OK and unsanitary . I was hungry but not enough to get sick . Please don’t risk or waste your time !!!!! Sad part i left work early and rushed to get there before they closed !!!!!

This location is questionable. If you ask for any special instructions they do the opposite. For example, I say light beans and they double them and I have more beans then anything in my bowl. This has happened on multiple occasions. Presentation of fajitas lately is horrible and the fajitas veggies have no variety and it’s up being a red bell pepper only. Tonight I got the equivalent of two red bell peppers in my bowl and double beans when I specified light. Presentation is horrible and they seem to hate there job. Robots could do better! Bring on the automation and kick these lazy bums to curb.
