After midterm week, college students like myself are looking for good food at a good price. I get a chicken bowl with chips and I always have leftovers. Today I went in, exhausted, and the people that helped were awesome! The food was fresh, they were grilling chicken when I walked in the door, it smelled so good! Cameron, Maya, Reece, Devin and Antonio were great, everyone was so friendly while they were all working. Memphis was especially amazing! I was able to get my food quickly exactly as I wanted it, but I still felt welcomed and had a great and quick conversation. I would definitely recommend this Chipotle for anyone looking for a quick bite.

Used my reward points for a free entree. I ordered double chicken and was really excited to eat my free meal from the rewards. I get home and shake my bowl to mix everything together and it felt surprisingly light, so I opened up the bowl, and there was NO CHICKEN IN THE BOWL?? Unacceptable. They won’t even return the points back into my account or refund what I had to pay for the extra chicken that I didn’t even get.

Food was 10/10 service was very rushed like employee was in a hurry she messed up my order. In the end gave me extra sour cream instead of queso didn’t realize until I was home. Other than that food was really good.

Incredibly disappointing and rude service. Stood in line and not one employee of 4 that I saw walking around aimlessly even acknowledged me. Left after a few minutes because it was a giant waste of my time just standing there and would’ve been a waste of money to such a pathetic establishment. Will not be coming back.

I saw the other one star reviews and thought, meh, my experience will be better. Wrong. My wife ordered a salad and it had NO lettuce (pictured). I also had the smallest portion of chicken on my bowl I’ve ever seen from a Chipotle

I’ve only been to this location a few times. But every time I go, the environment is tense and hostile. I would try to go when it wasn’t busy. But the employees were always pushy and are often mean whenever I asked for something small like if they had a batch of rice without cilantro. I get that working at a Chipotle on a college campus isn’t the best job and, as someone who also works in food service, you’re gonna have your good and bad days. But taking your frustrations out on genuine customers who are just trying to get their food and go is not okay.

Honestly, the employees are what make eating here great. The food is yummy but the people who work here make the whole experience better. They work really hard to get everything do when the store is busy and they’re almost always super cheerful and accommodating. Everyone who has made my burrito always swaddles it like a skilled nanny swaddles an infant.
