The entire place is absolutely filthy. Every table was dirty, we had to clean one off for ourselves to sit down and eat. Drink station is nasty. Staff came and got a drink from this drink station and left it how it was. Trash and food all over the floors.

Have been coming to this location for years. Not sure if Management changed or what but service has gone down drastically. The wait time was very long. Counters where they make food was very dirty. For Someone who orders veggie bowl they were out of veggies, guac last two times. Probably will avoid this location from now on.

The restaurant was filthy and I waited in line for 20-30 minutes just for them to tell me that the white rice won’t be ready for another 45 minutes. I’m not upset at them being out of it, but they could’ve notified everyone in line of this so we didn’t have to wait for almost half of our 1 hour lunch break. I, along with five others, had to wait until getting to the front of the line to find out. I will NEVER come back to this location.

This location was a very good pick for dinner tonight the young lady assisting with my order was very patient with a not so frequent visitor she helped me make a very tasty selection that I never had . Ive tried Chipotle before but I had tofu. I finally tried meat and it was very tender and tasty. Thanks Alley for your patience and very welcoming personality

Food was good, but service was top notch! A group from our church was coming to eat here, & my wife & I happened to arrive first. Harvey was cleaning tables, & when we mentioned that we had a group of about 15 coming, he suggested we place napkins & silverware on the tables to save space. He also asked if we knew what meat or rice, so he could be sure there was enough to prevent any wait time. Very much appreciated!

Drive thru was horrible, waited in line for 20 mins with one car in front of me. After going thru an automated system to reach an actual person at the store, I was told the person in front of me was waiting on chicken. Any time I’ve been early to pick up an order, they would send me back around. The line for drive thru was wrapped around the building. Very poor customer service!

Almost every time we order for delivery here it’s messed up. Whoever does the Uber delivery orders needs to learn how to read a simple lable that tells you what was ordered. Today for example we order steak bowl and chicken burrito. We got two bowls, one with chicken and the other with pulled pork. When the order is right the meat is over salted or the portions are just random (way too much of one ingredient or barley any of another).

Do not eat at this chipotle. Whoever is running this location needs their head checked. The orders are never done on time. The chips are soggy and days old. The environment is filthy. The people working here seem to not care about a thing in the world. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the next location.
