Visited this location multiple times in previous months, always seems to have one issue or another. Most of the time just out of stock on one thing or the next (forks, hot sauces, soda machine out of syrup) This visit was the motivation to write a formal review, as usually it’s never enough to waste my time with. I got multiple orders, tacos, quesadilla, and a bowl. The Tacos had about as little ingredients on it you could possibly think of Including the Guacamole (which of course I paid extra for), Maybe an ounce of guacamole between 3 tacos? One Taco basically had 80% the ingredients, the other two were like eating an empty tortilla. The steak in the Tacos was cold enough It felt like it just came from the fridge… The Bowl was in the same boat, very little of every ingredient, enough so that when I opened the lid, I could see the bottom of the bowl. Lastly the Cheese Quesadilla.. I don’t even know where to start, the fact that I was charged $9.65 for a tortilla and maybe half cup of cheese? (Making it cost .55 more than a chicken bowl which actually has sustenance to it). Basically, ate a toasted tortilla with a tiny pocket of half way melted cheese. Just very unacceptable all the way around, I would somewhat expect this if they were 30 people deep in line, but it was just myself and one other. I would say as a whole, the quality of the food was good, taste wise. Needs work on keeping temperatures once it leaves the grill and comes to the front line. Also work on putting your employees that care about quality on the front line assembling the food.

Love the chipotle bowl here. The portion of ingredients need some improvement. The staff was courteous and restroom & sitting area were clean. It has plenty of free parking outside. Our burrito bowl tastes great however the portions were less. Overall liked this chipotle location.

ordered a barbacoa burrito with no issue. got to the end to check out and my order seemed pretty expensive. when i got to my car i looked at my receipt and the cashier girl had charged me $5 and some change for “extra barbacoa”. i told my bf and he went in and got it taken care of, the cashier girl was proved wrong by the girl that made my burrito bc i didn’t ask for extra…

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this chipotle. The first was a couple months ago, I walked in and waited. The employees didn’t even look at me then another customer told me they can’t take your order because they are only taking online orders. Very rude and I walked out.

Placed an online order this evening for a steak fajita quesadilla. It has been raved about lately and I wanted to try it. Pickup was fine but when I got home and opened the bag I discovered that I was missing the things I had added. The food was ok but not what you’d expect from Chipotle, especially with the prices the way they are. Next time I’ll probably just make something like this at home.

Food prices have gone through the roof especially for the quality and quantity of the food. My burrito was such a mess and poorly wrapped it fell apart 2nd attempt to bite in to it. The food was fresh just not handled with care this visit.

An elderly couple was seated next to me, celebrating their anniversary. An employee who was heading back behind the counter was stopped by them and asked to take their pic. She was very friendly and wished them a special day after she took a couple pics. Made their day and mine 🙂 The manager checking on everyone is a plus too! I love coming here
