@ 2:30 My wife and I decided to get a bite, lunch was well over by this time. The food was good, not great. There wasn’t any service to speak of, they just put our food into a bowl. As far as service goes: EVERY table in there had food, napkins and spilled drink. Frankly, it ruined the atmosphere. I’m sure it’s not that way all of the time but was today.

Always delicious, freshly made burritos and bowls with the finest ingredients. A bit pricey for lunch but portions are large enough to take some home. Ask for both kinds of beans to get more and don’t forget the chips!

Friendly stuff, great service, good food. The place is so clean even the highchairs for kids were very clean. The food was fresh and delicious, the place is cozy and nice atmosphere. Qe were satisfied with the service and our food. There are few stores close buy it and a major grocery store. Lovely restaurant and I recommend it.

first and last visit to this location. the guy clearly didn’t want to be there and was throwing things into a bowl, asked for queso on the side like 3x and they poured it all over the bowl then looked at me like i had to take it and they aren’t going to remake it. i asked for a tortilla on the side and they warmed it up and wrapped it and pushed it down with my bowl then just didn’t put it in the bag so i didn’t even get it… absolutely awful experience, i usually go to freebirds and now i see why.

This is by far the most unorganized facility I have come across. Between the number of orders they get wrong and them CANCELING orders without informing the customer or giving any explanation why, I’m surprised they are still in business. Not to mention you can’t even contact anyone from the store and customer service is basically useless in getting any information. The food is definitely the only thing they have going for them.

The bowl wasn’t filled and the food was cold. The burrito was decent though. Service was at a decent pace I just think that day was a bad one for them or those employees weren’t into it. I’d eat there again if I’m in the area.

Last few times I’ve been in there service in incredibly slow. The lady who usually checks you out is not friendly at all. Was very rude to the customer behind me. The people in the back are dropping f bombs in front of children. They are are standing around talking and not paying attention to customers. I am not the type to ever leave a review. But this has been the same problem and same people working the last 3 times I’ve been in there. Go to the one in Baylor. Not valley mills Dr.

Do not order carry out. Sat for 30 minutes while they made food for at least 40 people when the carry out people only brought out 4 orders. There was one lady who waited an hour. Seriously
