I’ve ordered here about a dozen times. The rice is always either undercooked or overcooked, and is always unseasoned. The chips are also always unseasoned and often taste stale. The salsas are actually ok. Last time I went in they were close to running out of everything at 2:30 in the afternoon.

First time into Chipotle here in San Angelo. One of the newest restuarants here and decided to finally give it a try. Walked in and ALL the tables were dirty. Intentionally went after lunch rush so it wouldn’t be so crazy. Had to ask someone to please clean one of the tables off. She did but left it wet and I’m not sure the towel was clean and the chairs/bench left with food. Had to clean off myself. Lady behind us decided to leave. Staff was nice but not attentive to the cleaniness of the restuarant. I will probably not go back. As for the food the bowl was fine but the chips were stale and the tortilla was cold. Had just visited a Chipote in Dallas the week before and it was an intirely different experience. I hope management steps it up here but as this point I have my doubts. Good Luck to anyone else visiting this eatery.

Just not crazy about the food, the first time or the second. Although, I will say the steak fajita is tender, & flavorful, and the chips & guac were great. In my opinion, it’s just another fast food chain with a different spin on Mexican food. I prefer to stick with tex-mex, San Antonio style.

Something has been wrong almost every time I have ordered, only ever used the drive through…normally chips or other items are left out, one time I drove home and didn’t have chips so I called the store to get my card credited back, was told I’d have to drive back if I wanted a refund. Meat chunks found in sofritas often, greasy and over salted chips, fajita veggies totally raw, or just a flat out wrong order. Apparently they need to hire an extra person to just stand there and double-check the orders because this is just ridiculous. I even gave it several months understanding they were new and still training and had a lot of orders to deal with in the beginning, bit almost a year later and still dropping the ball. I do not understand how a 2nd one opened here. Do better, chipotle! But sadly, after reading all these 1 star reviews from 8 months ago, which are complaining about all the same things, they obviously don’t care to correct the problems.

Ordered a Veggie Bowl, which comes with guacamole. Guac noted on the label, but was not included in the bowl. Portion size was smaller than it used to be. White rice tasted bland, did not taste like lime rice. Very disappointing, dont plan to return.

I ordered online and my bowl didn’t have any meat, lettuce or guac. If i paid for it why didnt i get it. I never get meat when i go there its the stingiest chipotle ive been to.

I use mobile pick up and every time without fail something is missing or incorrect. Never leave without checking your order! Also, portion sizes are ridiculously small. No point in adding “extra” anything because it never will be.

Food is good but every time I’ve gone my order is messed up. Once I went and they left out food, once they gave me the wrong lemonade and I paid for the one they make and I went back she asked for the other one I had (which is no big deal I wasn’t gonna drink it) but then threw it way. Most places leave it with you, apologize and give you what your order. Another time I didn’t get what I ordered. It’s a bummer because when you get what you pay for it is decent. They’re way too expensive for what you get. Bummed because we don’t have many healthier options here. I don’t think I will be going back.
