I’m sad to say that tonight I had the worst Chipotle experience ever. Went in at 8pm. I get to the food line and all the hot items are dried or, concerning the vegetables, reduced to mush. When I asked for fresher veggies, turns out the cook has to make more (he was doing his closing procedure). I just take the mush. The employee that made my bowl then proceeds to rush making my bowl, so much so that she skimps on the portions and doesn’t pause to drain any of the excess juices, constantly asking “is that it” as if to indicate impatience. I just want to eat, so I go to pay and I didn’t even get a proper receipt, so I couldn’t even fill out the survey. I finally go to eat my bowl and it 1) tastes bland for Chipotle and 2) is so overflowing with juices that my bag gets soaked and I have to drain a 1/4 cup of sauce juice just to eat it. Very unprofessional and poor service. At least the building was nice.

If the previous reviews didn’t already warn ya, I will too. Every single time I come here, the meat, beans, and rice are drier than a desert. No amount of sauce would fix it. The tables are always dirty despite the lack of customers. The employees look sad and tired. And you have to pay for parking? Definitely go to the westheimer location instead, the service there is great and the food is even better.

Twice I’ve ordered from here, both burritos and bowls. Asked for meat Barbacoa or Steak and when the delivery got here…guess what…no meat!!! But they got paid for it…and issues getting refunded. Won’t be a 3rd order.

The brown rice was under cooked so each time I bit into my burrito it was crunchy and I just couldn’t enjoy the meal. The chicken was chewy so it was uncooked as well. I visited this location on Friday, 4/7/23 @ 6:55pm. So I proceeded to contact their customer service department. Brown rice & White rice are not cooked the same.

I ordered a burrito and when it came to wrapping the burrito a worker there didn’t know how to which amazes me because they would have to go in training and learn how? So, she then plopped what was inside on another tortilla and someone wrapped it up crazy….

Food quality is usually decent except this past time. The guac got me and my mom sick. They’ve messed up my order a few times, but it was never anything major (missed drink or condiments). This past time was the last straw – I won’t be returning.

We come here all the time. The customer service is hit and miss. This particular time, as always, I get sweet tea along with my son. He complains the SWEET tea is not sweet. So I approach the counter to inform the employees that the sweet tea is not sweet.

To begin with, the chicken bowls I got were pretty good and the staff weren’t rude or anything. That aside, the girl who did my order gave pretty heaping scoops. However, there was a lot of grease in the bowls which leaked through the bag and into my car seat. So that wasn’t great. Delicious greasy chicken or clean car seats… I really shouldn’t have to choose, Chipotle . At a minimum, don’t ruin my upholstery. 🙁
