Less food for more money!!! Im not saying that the food is bad, food is good if you are looking for kids portion. What they serve you its nothing like the advertising pictures, seems like they get payed more if they can serve you less.

The one consultant thing about this place is you won’t leave hungry. I’m always a fan of pick your own ingredients, so I like the style of this chain. I usually get the burrito. The fajita chicken is good with the corn salsa and cheese added. They wrap the burrito tight so you can eat as part burrito then make it a burrito bowl towards the end if you start to get too full. The chips and salsa are good as well. They have lots of options including a salad bowl, smaller tacos and the burrito as mentioned. Food is always fresh and service is good. This particular location is inside the Memorial City Mall food court. $14.78 for 1 to dine.

Just had an awful experience while I was just trying to get my food. While ordering I was told that there was not chicken available at the time and that it was a 5 min wait (in which I had no problem) I was just asked to step on the side. After being told to get back in line and order again (after I payed) I just showed them my receipt and the lady serving on the counter gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me? mind you I was trying to be patient since I know they’re busy, but I think it’s their responsibility to be attentive and friendly to their clients. I visited the store on Tuesday July 25th at 3:30 pm, defined my last. The staff is so rude, save your money and definitely don’t visit this location.

I really like Chipotle, but this place ALWAYS makes you feel ripped off because the volume is so small. I work a short walk to the mall. If this place gave you value, I would go regularly. Picked up today – thought I’d give them another chance after visiting last year to see if any different – and of course, the volume was so small that I was still hungry after eating.

Had a good experience here. Ordered a veggie bowl. Did not take the rice or beans because of halal concerns. The guy was nice. He said I can have avocado without charging extra for it since I opted out of rice and beans. How nice was that !!! Enjoyed the bowl after 2 years or more.

I work in one of the neighboring office buildings and used to frequent this location for lunch at least once per week. The service and quality has diminished significantly in the last couple of years. The biggest issue is online orders. These are ruining the in-person experience. Often there is a line to order in-person. Once you get to the front of the line, an online order for 9 items is started which stops the in-person service. The staff cooking can often not keep up with demand so they usually have to stop all orders needing specific items. The guac often times looks to be from the day or two before. There is usually a line of delivery folks waiting to pick up their orders which delays the payment process. Also, today was the second day in a row in which their payment system was “down” and they could not take any in-person orders. I’m not sure what the resolution is because their size likely would not allow for a separate online order preparation area. However, I would avoid this location during peak lunch hours.

Went to Chipotle for a quick dinner. The line was being held back because they were waiting on some black beans. Excited to get some fresh black beans.. we moved on to the next person. No Pico. The employee seemed like he was done for the day. Everyone was trying to get out of there. Very indifferent about the visit.

On their menu they have an organic water with melon lemonade. I ordered one and they gave me lemonade. I told her that I know she had made the wrong order and the lady very repunately answered me that this is what I had ordered and I told her no and she told me He said that we don’t sell watermelon lemonade but they have it on their display menu and that’s why I ordered it and I suggested that if they don’t have it, they remove it. And that they choose the staff that will be working in their restaurants well.
