I vow to never return to this Chipotle! The employees are not friendly, especially the lady who is always serving! She gives the smallest portions of food and when you ask for more, she barely add any! This is the closest location to my home, so I go. But I’m done giving my money to poor customer service, small portions, and extremely long wait times!!! Ordered online once and picked up from here. It was the smallest portion ever and my veggie bowl had no veggies as ordered!!!! I told the lady the veggies were missing and she stuffed a few vegies in a small condiment cup and gave it to me! This is by far the worst Chipotle location ever!! Everytime I go I think it will be better, but it never is!

Unfortunately after all the negative reviews specifically about customer service and attitudes of the staff, they have not improved. I really hate coming here, but it’s closest to my work. The cash register staff always have horrible attitudes and act as if they do not want to be at work. I had one tell me she was matching energy because I wasn’t being very vocal, due to stress, but was completely a lie. Nevertheless, an employee should never say this out of their mouth. This is a reoccurring problem with their staff. The service here sucks!

If you see a long line. It’s not because the workers aren’t doing their job or slow. They’re actually fast pace and professional. Not only is this location popular (especially with it being by a high school) the potential online orders prevents them from starting on an in store customers order, which creates huge lines. I feel for the workers. Instead of having one person helping instore customers and another completing the online orders, its usually just one employee doing it all. I’m fine with waiting. Food is of quality. The only gripe I have is the card machine giving the options for tips. The price of the food went up (with the inflation excuse), the wait is longer, and now the company wants me to tip? Chipotle if you want your employees to earn more, give them a well deserved raise, instead of passing on more expenses to I, the customer.

Hard to come to this specific Chipotle and feel remotely good. Unfortunately this the only Chipotle close home, and it is insufferable. Slower than slow service, inconsistent portions per customers, unattended floor maintenance, slow serving, incorrect orders creating discord between customers, and did I say slow?

It was obvious by todays visit that none of the workers wanted to be here. The only somewhat pleasant person was the male working the food line. The cashier and the girl working the cold toppings were both rude and shouldn’t be in any position dealing with customers. There were two employees chit chatting in clear view while the line was piling up. My chicken was burned, the chips were overcooked, the soft drinks were not working, there were very limited options on drinks, every single trash receptacle was over flowing, and about 1/3 of available tables were filthy. I literally threw my money away today. I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I frequent another location. This location has a lot of improving to do.

This place is the absolute worst! I came went there today and tried to order a quesadilla and the guy told me I had to order online. I told him my card that I had online (that I only use to make online purchases) was being replaced. She walked to the manager (short lady with blonde hair) and asked her will it be okay. She told him no. I asked to speak with her and she told him to tell me to wait and she kept chopping up her chicken. Honestly it’s not going to kill her to let me order right there.

I was so disappointed with my service at this location. I asked for the manager but was unable to get one. I had a coupon and she said she couldn’t enter the code that is clearly on the coupon that if I could scan it there was nothing she could do. Very rude and probably won’t be back to that one. The tables were not clean and couldn’t find utensils. Just horrible

Horrible chipotle they always mess up your food when you order online and when you come in person they will do every online order versus helping the people in line even if it’s NOBODY in there waiting for online. I stood waiting to pay for over 10 minutes it’s so many workers but nobody is working!! NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!!

Ordered on mobile app. Said food was ready at 530 in pick up location. Arrived at 5:38 and food was not ready. Stood there for 30 min.. finally asked what’s going on and was told they are waiting for barbacoa and it would be 15 more min. That’s 45 min last the time they already said my food was ready! Meanwhile the other items I ordered were just sitting on the side uncovered getting cold while waiting for the barbacoa. I told the manager who btw had zero sense of urgency I needed a refund. She just gave me a 1800 number. No apology or anything. Never go here ever and never order online from here
