Good all around joint, staff on point. Was just a bit put off about how loud the music was when I walked in and the vulgarity of music that was playing. Like where I was sitting there was a 10 y/o two tables down and the language in the music.. whatever happened to a family friendly fast casual joint?

I arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 pm and there was not that many people in line. Place was semi clean. Food was running very low and they were moving extremely slow. They did not greet or say hello. They were cooking more grilled vegetables and some chicken. The problem was I got all the way to the end of the line before they mentioned they were out cheese. They stated there was no one available to shred the cheese. No substitute, no discount, just a simple we don’t have it. It was suggested to the cashier to ask management why there was not enough meal prep for the remainder of the shift? It’s a Saturday night, one out of two of the busiest days on the weekend. Cheese is a main ingredient we enjoy on our burritos. For $28 on food this is unacceptable. Someone she be held accountable. I will not be returning to this location. Out of courtesy to the customer, once it was observed the condiment wasn’t available any longer the customer should have been given that option at the beginning of the line. I asked the cashier how long the cheese had been out and he stated over thirty minutes. I stood in line for 15 minutes so you had prior knowledge beforehand. Where’s the customer service? Poor management and poor customer service training has led the company to a poor review and also a loss of two customers. Do better please and please remember to put all of the food in the bag as well. We got home and realized part of our order was missing. That just confirms we definitely are not going back to this location.

Several times I have gone and have found hair in my burritos and in my bowls. I have called to get a refund many times for food I obviously could not eat. I called corp and they refuse to issue me a refund because they said I never sent in proof of my order the day it happened when I did. They still refused a refund once shown I sent everything in day I ordered because they said I was out of time frame! How am I out of time frame I called and emailed the day of it happened and called several times for a follow up. Never going back all they offered me was free entres for my next visit when there will no longer be one after the amount of times hair has been in my food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I love this Chipotle the service is always above and beyond great expectations. The food is always fresh and they make it fast. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are nice and friendly I’ll tell anyone to go to this location they are the best in the area. I’ll be back soon guys.

Countertops are filthy and food particles are mixed into other food items. Had to ask for new container of sour cream because lettuce was mixed in. Manager said they are short staffed and if they stop to clean up people will complain. My response, who will complain about having a clean surface? Will not be going back there. Need older employees that can ensure a cleaner environment!!

The website and front door says they are open until 11pm. It is now 10:30pm and they are closed. Not sure what happened there but it would be nice to have known that considering I drove 20mins because they were supossedly the only Chipotle open until 11p.

This location is the worst! They never have my order ready on time because they don’t start making it until you get there! What’s the point of an online order ahead of time if it’s not ready when I get there! I might as well wait in line then! Another issue with this store is they NEVER have salad dressing I have went 5 different times during different times of the day where they still don’t have it!! They are just too lazy to make it because they stand around talking! How are you guys promoting a keithadilla but then never have the ingredients that go with the keithadilla!!! That’s bad marketing! This store is the worst!
