First time at this one and I found the place to be dirty and the employees unfriendly like they didn’t even want to be there. I ordered a chicken burrito and it wasn’t even wrapped professionally. I was leery of eating the burrito, so I cut it in half and ate half. Here is the worst part. This morning I threw up Chipotle and my stomach is still unsettled. I love the franchise, but not this one and will never ever go back. What a waste.

Thanks for my CHICKEN bowl WITHOUT…. CHICKEN!! Like, how?? It apparently wasn’t in the system so you wrote down the order and then “forgot” to add the chicken. How do you skip an entire station if not for anything else but you being petty? I didn’t mess your system up but I still wanted my food and I couldn’t just stand there with my child in the car. I’m getting another “free” entree but that’s not the point. My order wasn’t ready, y’all were rude and then my order was wrong.

Ordered online. I open up a bowl with rice and cheese. Literally nothing else. Instead of cancelling the order, they send me this. Absolutely not. This happens every time I order from this location. It is disgusting. The order before this one – Sends a vegetarian a bowl with sofritas with pieces of steak in it. Accidents happen, but over and over it’s a let down. I will never give this place my money again. ❌❌❌

They had no chicken cooked at 4pm. Which isnt irregular. I was a Gm at cava; shake shack and many other fast casual places. I can tell you what Ive observed over the last few weeks needs to be immediately remedied from the area director to the GM in this location. Its sad because I know it isnt an easy job, especially with the lack in labor and support that is apparent from when you enter the place. I guarantee if you ran a sales report chicken is their top selling protein. Yet 20 minute wait for chicken. I get things happen but i come here 2 or 3 times after worl a week, and they never have anything and are always out of dressing. I will be writtting corporate. The staff are nice enough but the boh staff can be very rude . The staff said the gm just left, he did not set them up for success and left them with an empty line.

I ordered the new smoke brisket meat on the app when it’s exclusive. It’s a dollar more than steak. It’s pretty good and you can taste the smoke out of it. It’s a must to order your chipotle with the app. Not only you can collect points but also you can get free extra portion of veggies, rice, corn without standing there embarrassing yourself asking for extra this this and that.

Horrible service! I was charged extra for sour cream because I wanted it in a cup. The person that served me had a horrible attitude about it like it was coming out of his pocket. Always issues with grissle in the meat here. I’ll never be back. I only stopped here because I was close to this location

Customer service is terrible at this location, picked up an order and the young kid didn’t even make eye contact with me or say a word. Just kept packaging up the order in my face and handed it to me with no confirmation or anything. Haven’t been back to this location since, I would definitely recommend CABO BOBS! Look it up! They make fresh tortillas to order and you can choose from different tortilla flavors. Their customer service is always awesome and they’re higher rated. This location SUCKS, you get your pick up order handed to you like an inmate.
