I generally love these folks. Have eaten MANY meals prepared by Chipotle and this store in particular. Typically they are quite good and the food is well prepared. Tonight was not such a night. I placed my order from the app and had people come in to the store order and leave with their food before anyone spoke to me or asked my name. I would have been better off if I had come in got in line and ordered. Needless to say not their best night.

March 8th around 1:45pm. HORRIBLE. First of all the woman cashier is not made for customer service and when issues arose I was called names while the manager stood by and did nothing. Ordered a bowl the food was cold and they forgot the lettuce. This is what was handed back to me, after I asked for them to remake it I was told to go to the back of the line and wait for them to remake it. After already waiting 20 minute the first time around. I refused to stay in line again and asked for a refund. That’s when the name calling started. This is not a way to run a business.

This is first time I experienced a bad service at one of the chipotle locations… I ordered my food, the serving size were less than then scoop size and they didn’t even wrapped my bowl to go, didn’t even bag it either i get they had a line but all customers should receive the same attention. I had to request a bag and I had to seal my own bowl and I should of have might as well served my own food too!. I think it’s unacceptable.

One of the worst locations. They used to be good. Went a couple of weeks ago. They were out of most food items like 2 hours before close. Staff was also rude. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I believe each location is different. The food is pretty consistent I love the new chicken pastor but when they hire new people am put them on the line you can tell. The service changes they seem afraid to talk or take the order.

This location is TERRIBLE!! Food is never consistent. The rice is mushy some days & not cooked enough on others. They are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING!! They were out of both chickens, pico, corn, cheese, I mean come on!! I came at 9:15 which isn’t that close to closing time. They have more cheese, pico & corn in refrigerator, but this staff is too lazy to get more out!! Gp to another one, im so disappointed with the quality of this location!

My kids ate chicken and some Avocado with their meals. The chicken made them sick. The people working yesterday were very unpleasant and all with a sour face. The lack of carelessness probably contributed to unhealthy serving of food and either old chicken or not cooked properly. Probably the latter.
