This was my first time eating a t a chipolte. I had no idea what to do or ask for. It looked similar to a subway actually. You get to choose all your own stuff. I did not want carbohydrates so I got a little boat with meat some veggies and guacamole. It was good but I found it somewhat expensive for the amount of food. You can get a 6 inch at subway for 5 bucks. May e chipolte ought to do that.

Poor management at this place, employees attitudes are very poor. Almost as if they do not like their job. The amount of meat they give you is not worth a dollar. And then I asked for a guacamole and they scoop me the scraps of an empty container and charge me $2.40. Hands down worst chipotle location there is. I stopped going to this location due to the horrible customer service. I haven’t been in about 8 months but decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, it was no different than all the other times I’ve been. It’s like they are programmed to be natural aholes. I don’t understand why this new generation feels entitled to be rude and argue with customers. I sincerely went in with a positive attitude. I asked the girl to add extra chicken because that is what my order said AND I paid an extra 3 dollars for it. Instead of asking me for my mobile receipt, she just got an attitude and started trying to prove me wrong while other people were waiting in line. She rolled my burrito and literally had no care that the food was falling out.

I order a Chicken al Pastor Bowl but they put guacamole on it which I didn’t ask for and charged me for it. I didn’t realize it was on their until I was about halfway through it because it blended in with my lettuce… a little upsetting, I did not want guac.

I came to chipotle on March 28, 2023. The customer service was horrible. I ordered my food, and when I received it, the order was cold. I asked the shift lead to remake it she automatically said no and told me if I had any questions or concerns to talk to her general manager. Then proceeded to point at the card at the cashier counter. This service is unacceptable. Then when asked when will the general manager be available, I was told that she felt like the management at this chipotle was unprofessional.

The man making my bowl literally chucked the vinegrette at me so hard that it fell on the floor and I had to receive another one. He was extremely rude the entire time I was getting my order taken and skimped all of my portions. I left in tears over this.

We sadly came in at 9pm on 2/24/23. The girl making our bowls was very rude and we asked if there was a problem as she was making our bowls aggressively. We were initially asking if there was a problem thinking we made a mistake on if they were closed already because it said they were open until 10. We understood they were out of forks and spoons and were going to take our food to go. She replies to us when asking if there is an issue “no this is just how I am” my husband asked for the manager and a young lady said she was the manager and was so rude to us, rolled her eyes and Ignored us. then began to argue and become irate because we asked for her name and name and number of general manager as we were shocked with how we were being treated. She called us “fatasses” because I’m pregnant I’m assuming. She then grabbed our food and threw it away as we just wanted to pay and leave. It was a very sad experience. I have never dealt with a manager of any establishment being so vile, aggressive and insecure. It was very disappointing the way the entire staff acted especially the “manager” The only reason this gets a 1 star is because you can’t leave zero. We left and went to Uberrito where they were literally about to close and they made us fresh rice and treated us with AMAZING customer service. They definitely will be the ones who have our business for now on.

I’ve notice a huge drop in customer service, staffing issues, out of food, inconsistent serving size at this location. Haven’t seen a manager working up front in months. Just terrible at this location. Today I was sixth in line and when it was my turn to order she told me too wait she was going to make 3 call in orders before me, I was in line for ten minutes just to hear that !
