We came in at lunchtime. The meat was a little dried out but still tasty. All of the other ingredients were really fresh, so it kinda made up for that. The service was excellent. The chairs for the tables were oddly quite uncomfortable on the back rest, like it shoves too far forward. Overall, it is a nice & clean location that has a drive-thru. We will definitely eat here again.

Definitely not the best location to try the tacos for the first time, or the quesadillas. The tacos look like they were just thrown together. Guac piled on the outer tacos but not the middle. The quesadilla wasn’t cut completely. Perhaps everything was just thrown together and half presented since I had to wait for my order when I arrived although the app notified me the order was ready for pickup. Is this really the service you all strive for?! Is this the presentation you all strive for?! I’ve been to this location before but ordered in store so perhaps a watchful eye on food being prepared gets you better presentation. Ordering in the app definitely didn’t get me a quicker service at all. So disappointed tonight.

This was probably not the best location to try Chipotle for the first time. Let me start by saying that every single person working there was extremely rude. Didn’t say a word and just pointed at stuff. I said I have never been here before, and they just looked at me. I had no idea what to order. So I just ordered what I thought my daughter and I would like. No food was made. I had to wait. Only waited a few seconds for them to go to the back with one scoop of steak meat, so I’m assuming it was microwaved. The entire burrito was super cold, and so was my daughters chicken burrito. The queso was chunky and cold. Every table was dirty, especially where they served the food. Nothing seemed clean. I paid $50 for the both of us, and it was definitely not worth it. Got sick a few hours later. I definitely will not go back to any Chipotle. Tried it once and never again. I should have looked at the reviews of this place before going. If you’re reading this, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Like always Chipotle makes you feel healthy eating it. The fresh waters made with different flavors are always a plus. My little one loves the barbacoa meat which is what they get everytime we go. The only down side of Chipotle is that the seating is not very kid friendly. They only have 2 sides for low tables which are usually always full because no one seems to want to sit on the high tables as there first choice or want to sit on the long low table that is lined up to the line of people. No one likes eating with people literally looking over you. Overall it’s a great place to grab and go to eat at home when there’s nowhere to sit

Very disappointing night. I waited in line for 15mins then once it was my time to order the Sofritas was old and they didn’t have any fajitas veggies. The girl asked the cook was he cooking any and he said no. The closing time is not soon so why not have fresh or items available. Of course I left not happy and hungry. Do better Chipotle.

I went to this location several weeks ago, and had a terrible experience. Long wait times, horrible service, their credit card system wasn’t working so you had to pay cash, etc. I thought I would give them one more chance last evening. My mistake. Long lines inside, drive through was backed up, employees were checking their phones, and laughing like they didn’t have a care in the world. Was told they were out of chips and the type of salsa I wanted to order. How can you be out of chips? I like Chipotle, but the management of this location doesn’t know how to train its staff to provide at least basic customer service. I won’t be back.

I was offered to only have chicken cause they were out of everything but the chicken. There were 6 people working, absolutely no reason to be out of everything at 12 o’clock with 6 people on the clock. The times I do go to chipotle to eat it seems to have the issues. Management needs to get a hold of this before the young workers run it to the ground.

I loved this location, however I ordered a bowl for pick up. I realized my bowl was made incorrectly , so I went in to see if they could make me a new one. The manger was rude , never apologized or nothing. They did make me a new one but I had to ask. I’m good on this location.

i was disgusted by the environment. The stations were gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in hours. the whole restaurant was filthy and they were out of everything. only had two meats available and had no lettuce or pico. They were not understaffed and it was not busy so this from the lack of leadership from the management.
