Bro really skimped me on the meat here. I saw what he did. Scooped a whole bunch of chicken to fill the spoon, then shook it really hard back and forth to knock all the meat off back into the holding pan in the well. I said oh he must be going back for a 2nd scoop then and he did, but this time, it was worse he had like a half a spoon of meat. bro sprinkling the meat on the bowl like it was seasoning and he was big(tall) too, so I know he don’t eat like that . He gave me too much rice and way too much lettuce, barely any meat to other ingredients ratio. I should of said something and just not accepted it, but instead of being a problem for them I rather just not go back in there and make my own bowl next time from home… when I got home and flipped both bowls upside down I noticed he did the same thing with the steak bowl. I definitely won’t eat there anymore. Usually, they give 2 heaping spoons of meat and don’t hold back. Guess it depends on who serves you. You would think since you’re paying $10 per bowl, they could at least feed you decent. All the meat he gave were scraps from the bottom of the pan as they were cooking brand portions for the next shift on the grill. Now I see why the place was empty if that’s how they are doing it.

Food was good especially the bowls if you cannot eat tortillas. Some of the brown rice, flaky and moist. Beans rocked. I really enjoyed the new flavored chicken yum… Service was slow as some seemed a little confused. Floors were dirty and the trashcans were full.

-10 horrible terrible service!!! Don’t order from here. Ordered online they forgot part of my order. I ordered again told them please add item you missed they said show receipt and order. They sent order without missed item. Uber was upset they couldn’t fulfill simple request. chipotle missed my “chips”. You will NEVER speak to person it’s all recordings. Customer service is horrible! Portions are skimp for slaves!!

I’m not sure why, but every single time I place an order through their app or website for the Mason Road branch, they consistently leave out an ingredient, like glaucmolly or cheese. It’s puzzling whether this is a result of their staff needing vision checks or if there’s some intention behind it to generate extra profit from customer orders. When I’ve contacted them to address the missing items, their resolution is to offer a drink, chips, or gauc. This location truly ought to undergo an audit. Encountering the same issue in two consecutive orders seems too much of a coincidence. Either the staff lacks proper training or there’s a lack of diligence. Failing to include all the ingredients listed on the menu appears rather inexplicable.

Is it vision / mission/ policy of your workers to not include every item mentioned in the order. How can your workers miss out ingredients from the printed list you get for online orders…? Get spectacles or lenses for better vision.

Chipotle is a nice option for a quick meal. The burritos and bowls are delicious, my favorite meat is the barbacoa, but the chicken and steak are good options as well.

I ordered the wholesome bowl. It had a few pieces of chicken that were blackened and burnt. The chicken was covered with guacamole like they were hiding it. Will not order again. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
