Well it seems like I am not the only one who has noticed the discrepancies and poor management of one of my favorite entries. Dirty restrooms.””NO FORKS”” Trash cans sitting out side their recptical’s in the dinning area.And the flavored drink dispensers are mostly empty..Since other guests are posting the EXACT content. This is an ongoing issue. Or a management issues.Since the Franchise owner doesn’t car about his customers or Restaurant.A Copy of this review and photos will be Forwarded to the corporate office and the area FBC..

I have gotten food from this location 1 other time before today and it was not that good so I decided to give them another chance. The burrito I ordered was over $12 and it was so small that it is not worth the price. I have gotten this same item at other locations and never had this issue. It was literally a child size burrito. On top of that over $10 for chips an queso (large size) but also pretty small too. Definitely not worth the price. Next time I will just head to torchys instead.

Food great! Staff ok. Cleanliness is not good! Trash full. The fountain station requires service. The seating area is dirty. The men’s restroom requires maintenance. The toilet was not working.

This is the worst Chipotle. My order number is 8E6-GA8. I placed an order and I can’t even call the store to complain. I ordered chicken bowl and there were literally only 6 small pieces of chicken. I literally counted. In the two go order it’s says napkins and utensils there but they never place it. I always have to carry a plastic utensils in my car because this location has the worst kind of service.

I have been to Chipotle no less than 4 times a week for the past several months and spent $50 to $70 a visit. I arrive tonight at 9:15 order 5 quesadillas a bowl and a burrito. The whole restaurant is being actively cleaned as if closed already.. no big deal. But what is a big deal is when they claim “we are out of guacamole & sourcream” which is code for “we don’t want to open more”. Fast forward to checking out… went to fill my drinks… there’s no where to throw trash because now at 9:30 they are acting closed.. I go to use the restroom before I exit because I obviously wasn’t welcome to eat here. Both bathrooms are barricaded… no one actively cleaning. Just employees being lazy and trying to leave early… I’m really glad I didn’t have one of my kids with me because this was absolutely ridiculous. We will drive further to the other locations because these are expensive trips to be treated like garbage. No one working cared about any of the absolutely wrong service related issues.

I like chipotle but I hate ordering on the app to pick my food up from this location. As I type I have been waiting for over ten minutes for my order in the quick lane ( the name is ironic since they are so slow). Do better a leave an employee at the window! Signed a hungry paying customer.

The most incompetent staff I have ever interacted with. Over and over again- they cannot get anything right. It’s not like they’re super busy either. Save your money and time and make the drive to the greatwood location. This is their idea of a crunchy Barbacoa taco. What a joke.

Food was great but the dining room was filthy. The floors had trash and chips under the tables, and all tables were dirty. I used hand sanitizer and paper towels to clean our table before eating. I could understand the dirtiness if it was after lunch rush but it was 3pm.

Did takeout today(1-17-22)…I’ve done takeout at this location for several weeks now. The guy tending the grill today seems preoccupied listening to his Apple AirPods in one ear. The counter where they fill the orders looked dirty. Food everywhere. The guacamole bin had sour cream in it! Who is the general manager of this place? Or who is the District Manager? Geez!!

They be actin so slow when you pull up to the drive through. They take 5 mins to just greet you and get ur mobile order name after pulling up to the window.. They walk past the window and do other stuff and completely ignore the customer. And inside is even worse. DIRTY. unprepared. You basically get the scraps every time you go. DONT EAT HERE. Go to the one in Sugarland.
