Placed an online order for pick up. The order wasn’t ready on time. However, it did arrive within 5 minutes. The burrito bowl was fresh, and all items in proportion. The soda fountain area was a bit of a mess, though with trash and spilled drink on the counter.

It was full of sour cream. I had to throw away almost half of it. I called to complain to the manager name Maglay, and she said she was the one who took the order and she put only one spoon. Who put the whole spoon of sour cream in one bowl. It was a mess

This is the worst chipotle in the area. This chipotle constantly runs out of ingredients, and the service is horrible. My last straw was seeing an employee cup by open tortillas which is a huge safety violation and also disgusting. There are so many inconsistencies that its not even worth it
