The food is great but the service is inconsistent. I’ll ask for large chips and get small chips but get charged the price of large chips. A lot of the staff is unfriendly and sometimes look visibly annoyed to be in their post. I remember wanting chips and there were none on the rack so the cashier asked a young girl behind him if he could take one of the many bag of chips she had sitting near the drive through section and she screamed no! Apparently, the staff gets to decide who gets what.

I know it’s fast food but comparing to many other fast food chipotle is obiviously healthier. The vege is fresh but I don’t like their brown or white rice. They taste like rubber even different stores, they all taste like rubber.

Ordered through the app, added extra rice and got home to a bowl that was half the plate full (untouched!! Literally opened it like this) and the other had no rice and barely any chicken. I ordered 2 other bowls and they were the same way. If they are going to give me half or quarter of the food, then they need to charge half or a quarter of the price bc this is unacceptable. I called and they don’t answer! Never going there again

First time here. I have avoided this place at all costs due to the 2.9 average star reviews. That being said, I came here on a Sunday for dine-in, and the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. The seating area was a little dirty, but it was busy, and the personnel seemed to be short-staffed. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I will be returning.

My experience here wasn’t pleasant. The food prep rep dropped my tacos on the ground. She cross contaminated my sour cream with red sauce and my wife can’t eat anything mild or spicy bc her throat will close. So I mention to the chipotle worker the case and then she was hesitant to fix the issue. Then as I completed my order I patiently waited for my chips & queso. Til I could no longer be patient. When I mentioned something about it they had forgotten . Team tonight just seemed unorganized and inexperienced which is a tragedy bc we always eat at chipotle and never had this terrible of an experience . Thai took place today @ 9:30p.m.

Awful service. I ordered through prepaid doordash and I waited for almost an hour and 15 minutes for my food it was really really sad to watch the unprofessionalism and the dysfunction of the 2 employees that were involved. I have a opportunity to email the owner and to email the franchise apprentice and I will I just was not able to do to some an emergency circumstances but, I waited because the food was for my children and I will not probably go back there for a very long time until. I have the opportunity to management communicate with an owner and have the opportunity to let them know how unprofessional 2 of their employees were on 9/2/2022. Between 7:29pm and 8:45pm

Definitely by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to! I ordered through the app 40 minutes early today and arrived 20 minutes later than the pickup time noted on the app to find out that my order was still not ready. I waited for 15 more minutes after I had arrived to pick up and didn’t get the extra chicken and guacamole that I PAID FOR. If I need to wait an extra 35 minutes shouldn’t you at least get my order right? Plus I paid extra for nothing? Ridiculous! The restaurant wasn’t even busy as only one person was ordering at the front. I have been to this location multiple times and there is this one girl who does not care whatsoever about her customers. She always treats you with judgment and an attitude for no reason and fills your bowls up half full. She works extremely slowly and always causes a line either in the drive-through or front because she always messes around with other employees. Unprofessional! Especially when there is a huge line because of you! Today when she served me she saw that I had been waiting and completely disregarded me as she made 7 bowls before me just for them to sit on the counter. My order was already 20 minutes late and you proceed to make orders for customers that haven’t even arrived?? To note, I never even get an apology for the unnecessary wait time when she handed me my order. I am a regular customer of Chipotle and have given this location multiple chances. However, they have disappointed me every time. If you’re looking for Chipotle, go to another location this one is terrible!
