0 stars for service and atmosphere. Feel like I’m an inconvenience each time I go in. Worst customer service received. 2nd time I’ve gone and they don’t acknowledge you.The staff in the back just looks at you while I wait to get my order taken. They are too busy with their to go orders that they don’t care to take care of the walk in customers. Once someone comes up they don’t even apologize or say anything. They look like they hate their job and don’t even ask you anything when they come up. The polite thing to do is to acknowledge the customer and ask how may I help you. Have to ask for more of a full portion and once ready to pay they set up the order and turn around and continue to work on to go orders. Make sure to complete the current customer you are handling before just ignoring them again. I walked away after paying since she was more worried about the To go orders than me who didn’t even get a receipt.

Honestly will not come back to this location. Rude employees that made me upset. I was pointing out what I wanted in my burrito. The cashier wanted to offer me pico which I said red sauce. She said i was saying it wrong. I had ordered online in other chipotle places n they always know what I’m saying. It’s disappointing me even having to remember this day. Was a bad meal for me made me cry n not want to come back.

We had order the fajita steak quesadilla paid for queso and requested the vinaigrette we got bland just steak and cheese quesadillas one of them was missing the other 2 was missing all the sides and we found hair in one wich was gross and no fajita veggies in the quesadillas my first time trying them and will be my last it was like theu did not want to do their jobs.

Worse chipotle location. An employee by the name of Jennifer has the WORSE costumer service skills. She won’t look at you, EVER when taking your order or checking out. The girl looks miserable. Not to mention she’s horrible at serving, she scrapes the bottom of the pans just to not get fresh food from the back and unfortunately it’s happened more than a couple of times! My chips are always crumbs and last time I went there was pieces of lettuce in my guac???? Disgusting.

This location will give you the smallest portions of everything if you order online and pickup. I even asked online for Extra rice, Extra cheese and Extra green sauce. When reaching out about it, I just got an email that basically says “Sorry, we’ll tell them to do better.” Over-priced for the pathetic portions.

This location is really going downhill. Staff is stingy and very rude. Stood at the line waiting to be served for several minutes while employees were walking around ignoring the line forming behind me. Only gives half scoops of food and was told it’ll be an extra charge for them to even give you a full scoop. Go to a different location, they’re wasting your money.
