I really like chipotle food and I come to this store all the time, but the experience was not so good. After paying for my drinks I realize that at 8:50 all the drinks were collected and there were no options to drink only sodas. The night shift cashier was not very pleasant to solve our problems.

My 3rd and last time at this location. With their recently raised and high prices one should expect decent quality food. The problem that I keep seeming to run into is that they are constantly serving undercooked, hard rice. It’s like you’re eating shells. Absolutely disgusting. Every time we have went it has been the same issue, the only reason we decided to give it one more try is because we had a coupon to use. We are done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and hoping for a better outcome every time. Have sent in a complaint, let’s see how they respond and if this issue gets corrected.

The meat is always dry. I usually try to avoid going here because it’s expensive for the quality of food, and not to mention, it’s just seriously that bad. The bowls are just filled with so much rice, who eats that much rice at one time. I don’t think they’re supposed to be filling it up that much, but they usually do. The little bit of meat, the queso is the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve never encountered 1 single friendly employee at this location. The steak is better flavor wise than the chicken. I prefer eating chicken, but the chicken here tastes like spicy cardboard, so dry. I know, spicy cardboard, what in the world?! It’s the only way I can describe the chicken here, lol. I think I’ll just decline next time I’m asked to go.

I walked in at 9:30 closes at 10. They didn’t white rice – veggies- guacamole. Small size tortillas. Service was a little rude. My normal chicken portion was so small and I mentioned to the young kid he said it will be extra charge but I told him he was not giving me enough.

I don’t know why I bother coming here. Every time they leave something out of my order that I paid for, or they make my order incorrectly. Contacting customer care does nothing because the same issues keep occuring. Obviously management isn’t getting the message or plain doesn’t care. Anyhow I’m done losing money at this location — too many times I’ve paid for stuff that is left out.

Heed this and other reviews and just stay away. I went hoping for dinner, and they were out of avocado, white rice, corn salsa and the stir fried vegetables. Ending up bailing on the whole order halfway though.
