So we thought we were ordering a steak bowl, but we got springy steak that was chewy in all the wrong ways. It seems like it was undercooked. Some of it was ok, but that kind of grossed us out. I ordered a chicken salad and i feel like they use a lot more dark meat these days. On top of that the chicken seems kind of stringy like it might have sat in liquid too long or something. The chips, guacamole, salsa and sour cream were good. However, this was not worth the $50 we spent. Sad really, we used to love this place. Delivery was great, thanks to door dash.

Looks like this is worth $10 now? They seem afraid of serving food into your bowl/burrito, like why? I don’t know if they need training or what, but these are not the standard/average Chipotle portions. Please coach your team to do their job right. It happened a few times and I thought it was just that day or that person but now after 5 times is really an issue with this location.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been good well today this is what I got for $12 I’ll let you be the judge of whether it was worth it. I just deleted the app off my phone and I have no plans of eating at Chipotle ever again. Unfortunately I can’t upload a picture but the burrito I ordered was easily half the size as a normal one

Came here for lunch. There is limited parking however you can just park next door. The entire dining area and entrance was super clean. The staff were helpful while ordering although had to keep telling my server to add more food per serving while i was building my bowl. The quality of the food was good and fresh. The veggies were fresh. The drinks were good as well. The pricing is reasonable. Sat here and ate and felt totally comfortable even during Covid. We will come back.

Horrible Horrible wait tonight 6-12-23. Line wrapped fm register passed the entrance! Must do beter!better!! We waited almost an HOUR. Unfortunately, the service isn’t great anymore, especially during peak hours (lunch and dinner). On multiple occasions, we’ve placed mobile orders to prevent waiting too long. The app would say our order was ready even though they haven’t started it at the restaurant. They’re definitely understaffed which causes these long wait times. When it was time for them to finally get to our order, it’s under portioned since they’re rushing to get it out of the way. The food is usually good but the service needs major improvement.

Honestly every time I come to this location the employees are rude. They don’t welcome you in, they don’t give you Eye contact, they make you feel like you’re a Burden for ordering food from here. I’ve been here about 8 times I will not return to this location after this.

Standard chipotle. The staff is nice. it looks very clean. They need to fix some of their outside umbrellas. The portion sizes have gotten smaller over the years. This particular location gets a lot of online orders. So the length of the line can sometimes be misleading. My bigger issue is that on DoorDash. I can’t order a custom salad. Also, people regularly just pull up and leave their car running in the lane without parking.
