They used to be my go-to store to pick up dinner, but now I might settle for other options. Idk if there was a change in ownership or policy, but the portion size is not even more than half of what I used to get at this location… overall quality of food/service went down, too. Found pieces of plastic in my bowl couple times and only got free entree reward on my account. I know they happen in food industry but what a shame…

Food is good. Seating area inside is a mess. Every table was dirty, single trash can overflowing. Staff behind counter seems friendly, but none were moving to clean anything up when no customers were in line. A couple of them were in the back looking at their phones.

Horrible experience ordering food through DoorDash that was not their fault. Order was completely wrong: no cheese on burrito, kids meal with black beans instead of pinto, totally missing chips and drink, my burrito bowl was missing queso which was paid extra for and all of the items had literally half the amount of food that we get at every other Chipotle which we just had last week in San Antonio. It seems like they are just taking advantage of people who are ordering delivery since they aren’t there to watch them make the food.

Never got to order. They just wasted my time while I stood in line. Just know if you go there and are waiting in person, they are going to deprioritize you and work on every other call in or web order. I won’t be returning to any Chipotle. The brand itself has just taken a nose dive in quality last couple of years. This experience was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.

It was our very first visit. We didn’t know what to expect but wanted to try the El Presidente bowl. We walked in. Didn’t know where to go. Stood in front of the register for a good bit. No one acknowledged we were there. A customer walked in and went to the other end of the counter. We took our place behind him. We ordered and they kept asking what we wanted on it. I told them I wanted it however it came. We learned that you get whatever you want but pay extra for some things. The atmosphere was very unfriendly. Not what we expected. We couldn’t find a clean table anywhere. It was 5:30 and only us and another customer. People started coming in later. I had to clean off our table and chairs to have a place to eat. Room for lots of improvement. I will say, the food was very very delicious. We will probably try another time at another location.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever eaten at, I walked in, and it immediately smells like sewage. I always get the Fresca drinks. However, at this location, it had a bad aftertaste. I took a second look, and it literally looks like a dirty aquarium that has algae growing on the inside. All 4 looked the same dirty smudges that literally looked like algae! I poured out the drink and got tea, no aftertaste… I had to leave to eat because of the smell! I will never step foot in this location again, 1505 University Dr. E, College Station, TX 77840

Horrible service from Eric. Charged us for sides that come with the meal ( we asked for cheese and sour cream on side for our baby ). Refused to refund, said it was policy. Questioned the amount of chicken my wife had on the taco, just wanted to nickel and dime us. Place also dirty, his mustache also had some food in it. Eric refused to give us information for us to contact his boss. Not impressed at all. This location can do better and hire better.

Very unprofessional Management. Have experienced very rude service from the Manager David. I’m not sure if it’s a racial thing but I’ve experienced it multiple times. Seems like he gets an attitude very quickly for simply asking for xtra rice or beans. I eat at chipotle very frequently. The last time I simply asked for a bowl with xtra rice. He proceeds to add no xtra rice and then I say again can I get xtra rice then he adds it with a rude attitude. He then adds chicken and literally puts a third portion of meat. I looked at him shocked like really? He then very rudely say oh u want double meat. I said no I just want the regular portion. He hurry’s and scoops another scoop of chicken like whatever I’ll just charge u for double while I’m sitting there telling him I didn’t ask for double. He ignores me and just pushes my bowl to the cashier like charge him for double and leaves to the back. Now she is sitting there looking shocked and I’m like I’m not paying for double cause I clearly told him no. Ended up just leaving it there. Wonder how many others have experienced this unprofessional behavior from a David.

Soda machine was down which was fine for us, but they also ran out of all aqua frescas and didn’t replace them. We were in for about an hour and they never got replaced the entire time. So we basically bought 2 drinks for no reason. Had no napkins or forks available, they didn’t get replaced while we were there either. Store was dirty as well.
