I have been to this location quite a few times since they have opened. It’s started off well and since has been hit or miss. The food taste off at times and the burrito wrapping is consistently bad. I love Chipotle and hope this location receives good management. At this point I don’t even feel right blaming the employees. I’m sure they’re doing whatever they are allowed to do. With that being said I hope in the future things are better.

I usually try to stay away from places that just opened because they never have it together in the beginning.. Usually it take a while to figure it out.. But I decided to stop and try this freshly new to the area chipotle.. The food was delicious. I ordered online for my order to be ready by 12:30.. I got there 2 mins before and I was told my order was being bag.. Then I seen her bag my order and place it on the shelf.. In my head I was like… “uhmm… Hello…,” Did you forget about me.. It took her a good while to realize what she did and the laughed at the situation.. but got no apology for waiting extra because she forgot to give me my order.

I had a fantastic visit from here today. The food was great! I got a chicken bowl with brown rice guacamole sour cream, both types of cheese, and brown beans and it was soooo good. But I think the lady was a little bit stingy with the food and you could tell she was in a rush to get me out of there even though they weren’t too busy at the time. The lady also didn’t seem very welcoming or mannerable

It seems like they have been taking feedback because my last two visits have been great! The customer service was awesome and it seemed like they just had a rush but were still upbeat and smiling. Didn’t have any issues with my last online order or this in person order. I don’t know their names but the blonde young lady that made my bowls and the young man at the register had excellent customer service. Keep it up!

I had the most fantastic experience at Chipotle! Even though they had just opened, the staff and the food were absolutely terrific. Having a Chipotle in Cibolo brings so much joy—it’s like a dream come true! Now we have the perfect spot to grab delicious food quickly. I’m incredibly grateful that they decided to open a branch here and took a chance on our city. Great job, Chipotle! Your presence here is much appreciated, and I can’t wait to visit again soon!

First time trying out Chipotle. I ordered online and showed up a little after my estimated ready time on my small order, noticed my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf and I waited about 50 minutes inside the store for my order, only got my food when a staff member finally asked me about it, and the food was completely cold.

This restaurant suffers from a severe lack of sanitation and management problem. From the restrooms to the dining room to the food holding/serving area and the prep area in the kitchen is totally dirty and not sanitary whatsoever. Somebody needs to teach these employees the method, clean as you go. Until they have a big turnaround in sanitation improper management that trains adequately, I will not be back.

Staff moves a little slow. But, food tasted fresh, has good flavor and if we wanted a bit more of a topping than originally provided they gave more. Overall a better experience than it seems others have had. We did order in store and not online.

My husband and I went into this location this past Saturday about 30-45 minutes before they were closing. Food was fine but the service was in my opinion not so great. When we arrived there was about 7 employees. 5 of which were consumed with closing duties, 1 servicing the growing line inside, and lastly a lady who I assumed was the closing manager handling the drive thru. The line that we were in eventually grew from 5 to 10 including us. I felt so bad for the young man who was doing his best to help all of the customers by himself. You could tell he felt so overwhelmed and at no point did this “manager” delegate anyone else to help him. Instead she was so focused on closing when they were still obviously open. We waited about 20 minutes before we actually got our food and then had to wait for the cashier to come up who was also focused on closing to finally pay. Even the cashier seemed to have an attitude and accidentally knocked the drink cups at my husband instead of simply handing them over. The whole time we overheard the “lady in charge” making belittling comments to all of the employees because things weren’t done right and one of the young men complaining to another stating that he was suppose to be off already but she won’t let me go until this and that is cleaned which ultimately delayed the service to us as customers which is the whole reason of the establishment. I could absolutely sympathize with the frustration I saw in all the employees. This lady definitely could use some more training on closing and managing a crew. We definitely will be choosing to go a little farther to the forum from now on.
