The quality of staff has gone way down. The last few times I’ve been to this location I haven’t been greeted. Just starred at until I started ordering. The most recent trip I had to go back in for my chips that were forgotten with my order. When I opened my chicken tacos there was no sour cream on them like clearly ordered. Do better chipotle.

If I could I give this place zero stars! I would! The service here is horrible!!! Completely unsanitary. The girl who was working the register lacked customer services skills. She was rude and would be better suited to cleaning toilets and not dealing with the general public. Seriously, she gives more attitude than a 13 year old.

The inside of the restaurant is dirty. I picked up my order, I ordered a quesadilla with sofritas and fajita veggies on it online. When I got home, I saw that my quesadilla did not even have any cheese…?? It also didn’t have fajita veggies. Only a super thin layer of sofritas. When I reached out to customer support, they offered me a free drink that expires in less than a month. Very unfortunate, chipotle used to be great!

I am so disappointed….I love chipotle but lately it has been so horrible. I placed an order for pick up today and the bowls had hardly anything in them – see photos. After paying $13 for a bowl with hardly anything in it?! At least fill it with rice so it doesn’t look so bad! So upsetting….. what a waste of money.

It’s a Sunday afternoon, 3pm, the line is almost out of the door. Two employees working the entire restaurant. It was complete chaos, multiple people leaving. Sitting area taken up by to-go order customers. I finally made it to the front of the line and one employee took the guacamole bin and told me I couldn’t order any when there was clearly enough in there. She said they wouldn’t make anymore, they only make it in the morning. There was also no steak available. It would have been nice to know before waiting in the long line. Overall unpleasant experience based on service and unavailable food options.

I eat chipotle about once a week, and I want to love this location because it’s by my house, but I feel like i’m bothering the workers when I’m here :/ My online order was 32 minutes past the pickup time this last time and wasn’t very well filled and one item was wrong. Disappointed.

I don’t know why I’m giving two stars. Maybe because they can improve. Stopped in for dinner around 8ish decent crowd ahead of me, employee seemed new. Asked for a burrito and kind of got a disheveled one, then got about two tablespoons of rice because they were running low on white apparently, so I asked for more nicely. There was a confusing moment and my burrito was escorted off to the back. I understand they may have been getting more rice or something but that defeats the entire purpose of Chipotle. I like to see my food prepared in front of me. I asked for a new burrito because I was starting to get a bit irritated at this point. I was ignored and they shoved me down the line. When I got to the end it was rolled horribly, I just sat and stared at it and looked at the cashier and simply stated, I don’t want it. And that was that. Wouldn’t mind some answers.

It says they open at 10:45 yet me and 7 other people are left standing in the heat for 20 minutes. They didn’t seem understaffed at all. They could’ve let us wait in line in the AC you know because it’s 100 degrees everyday in Texas. They finally open the doors and they have no sides at all. I don’t understand how a business can be out of the only thing they sell. It’s obviously not just the employees fault, besides making us stand in the heat it’s people above that.
