Go here a lot, and the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes you get the happy “how may I help you” service, or you get what I got yesterday. No greeting, actually, no words at all from my server or the one making my bowl. secondly, they were very stingy with the servings. Half a scoop of rice and spreading it at the bottom of the bowl to make it seem like it was more. Idk. I was very disappointed even heard another customer two people down from me asking for more rice and chicken. It was very noticeable how small the servings were.

This location was not clean. Dried food on the counters cross contamination with serving utensils, the staff did not wear gloves or wash their hands between handling money and handling the next customers’ food. Literally my server took my cash handed me my change and receipt, then stepped over took over preparing the next customers burrito. This was my first visit and definitely my last.

The food was delicious and the people that waited on us were very friendly and patient as we made our choices. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was cause the dining room was pretty dirty with trash and most of the free tables hadnt been wiped down yet. They must have been short handed without someone to clean it regularly. And of course if people weren’t such pigs with leaving their trash everywhere it wouldn’t be so bad either. I’d still come back though for the food and service.

Usually don’t have trouble at this location, but today my wife found quite a few hairs in her bowl (a few black and one bleached blonde). Needless to say we lost our appetite and didn’t finish. My burrito was also mostly just rice.

Service was terrible, I was standing around being ignored for my order pickup for 10 minutes. Floors were full of trash and food, the kitchen looked dirty and unsanitary. The food prep station was covered in little bits of food from the wall to the register. My food was COLD as if it was in the fridge. My burrito was wrapped like a dirty diaper and fell apart after one bite.

This place is horribly mismanaged. Two people working the drive thru with a single car and 10 people in line with a single new person. Everyone is always brand new and by themselves working the line inside. They’ll skimp on you if you order delivery. Other than that, if they have the food you want available (which is hit and miss), it’s a regular Chipotle.

Horrible portions. It was clear they didn’t have enough food to make up for the lunch time rush, so they skimped on the portions they gave. I could understand it if they had any food on the grills to make up for the high demand, but nope. The lettuce was brown and looked inedible. The food quality and taste was your average chipotle.

I’ve become a regular at this location. The staff is always friendly, the food is alwasy fresh, the dining room is clean, and it’s perfectly located in San Antonio. The management is great too! Would highly recommend.
