Continually the worst Chipotle in the Austin area. We never have any trouble at any other locations, but you might get a decent result at this location 25% of the time at most. The portion size is always atrocious and items are continually not available. Half filled portions in to go containers is the norm. If you have to go here, do not order online. It’s pretty much worth the extra 20 minute drive to go to the store in Round Rock on University. It’s a night and day experience between the two locations.

I ordered the chicken bowl via the app. After pulling up to the window, I opened my bowl to inspect and I was instantly upset by the small amount of food that I received. I asked the attendant, ” Who made this baby chicken bowl”? I was so annoyed. I will not order online anymore. I need more food for the amount of money that’s being charged. Boo Chipotle!!!

How much trouble would it be to wipe down the counters? There’s food scattered all over the counter. They’re making my taco on top of this. Where is the manager to supervise these know kids? I’m honestly so fed up with this Chipotle. The first time I went here when it first opened they double charged me for a guacamole I never got. I tried to reach out to customer service but my receipt was kept by the manager so i wasn’t able to get it resolved. Ever since then every time we’ve ordered here it’s missing major components like rice or meat. This time was the last try for me. There was hardly any rice and meat and SOOOO much sour cream it was so mushy and inedible.

I love Chipotle, but this location is NOT it. I have been repeatedly beyond disappointed with my experience here. The portions are SO SO skimpy compared to other locations and the food is always cold even when ordering in store. They give maybe an ounce of protein if you’re lucky, usually I feel like they forget to add chicken completely. Beyond that, they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions. Today it was black beans when I asked for none, no corn salsa, and 3 little pieces of chicken. Thought I could fill up on chips instead but they were soggy/chewy. I’ve given 10+ tries as I liked the idea of having a closer location but I will be making the drive from now on to University or La Frontera.

Ordered a salad and there was nothing but old lettuce and the hard stem portions, the girl only put a sprinkle of chicken on it and all the other ingredients were at the bottom and looked old. The food quality was awful. There was not a single clean space to sit to eat. There were two employees sitting over by the drink area on their phones while the customers tried to clean areas to eat. Worst Chipotle location we have been at!

Service is always lacking. Many of the workers are rude and just don’t care and you can tell. Food always has one thing wrong if not more. Cold, old, incorrect. Drive through is NOT a drive through for ordering. Save your money, go somewhere else. Management needs to overhaul this location.

UPDATE: just tried online ordering again, and this is the last time. It’s not even half way full. for $10, this is a dam waste, and 30 min wait to get through the drive thru line as well, only to get back to work & seriously disappointed. Nope, I’m done with this location.
