Heard so much about how fresh their food was and not having frozen products. We wanted to give it a try, well, almost all food trays were empty, the tortilla warmer was broken, so I had to order a bowl , i only ordered one bowl instead of 2, the dining area was filthy, the floors were sticky, coke machine was dirty, ice piled up and falling on the floor. I asked two other people if this place was always this dirty, and they said “yes,all the time.” We’ll never go back .

Eduardo and Kaitlyn are the best! I come here a lot and always see Eduardo working hard to provide the best service ever even when the restaurant is extremely busy. The staff here are generous and kind and always provide good service. Eduardo deserves a raise! The staff is also very generous with portion size.

Dumbest staff in America. We gave this location a second chance after they blew it a year ago, nothing has improved. Check out what they call a salad! When somebody orders chips, salsa, and guacamole, maybe remember to put the chips and guacamole in with the xl salsa you were kind enough to upgrade us to.

The Chipotle food it’s really good, is the service and the fact that they’re always out of food here. It’s the 3rd weekend in a row I go and the most trays are empty, and is not that there a lot of people cause there isn’t . I don’t know if they’re short in stuff or the employees just chill way too much. They need to put management that pushes a bit more on emplyees to take care of things a bit better.

very strange experience here. The short girl with winged eyeliner working the line tonight gave pretty rude customer service. Upon telling her my order she snapped that they only make kids quesadillas. I’ve ordered a regular sized portion at other locations, but i didn’t say anything and proceeded to order bc i didn’t want to hold up the 3 guys behind us. In making it she had dropped the tortillas to make the quesadilla and only used one small tortilla to make the “quesadilla”, just folding it in half. after that, with a good bit of attitude, she had asked me if i wanted the meal or just that and when i responded she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything as she left to go to the back to get the box/container for the meal. as we ordered our food we realized no one was at the register so as the orders were being placed the 2 people working the line just left them piled up and didn’t bother communicating that someone would be there in a bit. Additionally the rice wasn’t the usual cilantro lime rice and just a straight up sticky white rice. music was great tho!

I ordered online and paied for a double steak barbaco burrito, i came yesterday amd ordered the exact same burrito and it was double the size. I paid 16 plus dollars for it i would like my moneys worth. Just because its an online order does not mean the quality of food service should go down. Terrible terrible terrible laziness.

I enjoy this Chipotle most of the time, but I had a terrible experience here tonight. I originally placed my order (a sofritas bowl with toppings, side guac, and drink) through the app, but it arrived with meat on it. I’m a vegetarian and at this point was already very hungry, so I decided to go in store to get it fixed because I just needed something to eat. I explained the situation to the cashier and they offered to remake my bowl after they were able to pull up my order on their system. It came out quickly, which I appreciate because it was busy in there. I decided to double check it when I got back to my car and it was missing three toppings (as well as the side of guac I had slathered on the meat bowl before checking it, but I wasn’t going to bother with that – just hoped they would include another). I went back in and showed that I was missing multiple toppings to some other person that was now at the register and they offered to remake it. I asked if I could just get them on the side to make it easier, and they said “sure, give me just a minute”. Well, I waited there in the front for another 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before I finally decided to leave with what I had. I also work in food service so I get how it can be, but this was honestly ridiculous.
