Food was very good. First time having Chipotle. Ordered online and wasn’t ready at time I requested over 35 minutes from time of order. Asked cashier she said they were busy which they were but this is a process issue if you are not processing online or mobile orders in stream of business with customers on-site. I saw others that had orders to pick up having to wait as well. Overall it wasn’t more than 5 minutes but….

Not only did they forget my cheese and fajita veggies. They gave me such a small portion of everything. If I’m going to pay for a $13 burrito bowl I better get the usual chipotle portions. Maybe going in person would help avoid this issue so you can watch them portion out ur ingredients correctly.

The food was good however I placed a mobile order but it wasn’t ready anywhere near the time they mentioned. Waited about 30+ minutes for them to get the order ready. Overall I was not happy with the service. My order was wrong as well.

I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years. From Philadelphia to Florida to Texas. All over the country. And not ONCE have I ever been charged for getting extra white rice. ALLISON the manager at this location was very unprofessional and told me “all chipotles are run differently” no they’re not. It’s a chain restaurant. Definitely recommend not wasting your time with these ignorant youths that work at this location.

I drove to this location from the one in downtown San marcos cause that location is always out of food most of the time. This chipotles at the premium outlets has food and again it is really good but the floor is filthy, food smashed on the floor all over, floor is all dirty like it hasn’t been swept nor moped for months, I had to use the restroom and it was the same way like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, when I washed my hands the water sink water came out so hard that it came all over my shirt had to walk out of there all wet in my belly. Again management needs to handle employees a bit better and keep this chipotles location in a more presentable way for better business.

This Chipotle has great food & customer service, however, my orders are usually wrong or missing items. Their phone number is an automated system & getting a refund for items you paid for that you did not get will not happen. Just go to Fresco. Food is better & I’ve never had any problems there.

I ordered large chips & queso blanco with a large soda. When ordering the lady that gave me my food was not very welcoming. I sat down to eat and my chips had A LOT of stale ones in the bag. There was also crispy chips but it seemed to me like someone just added fresh chips to yesterday’s unsold bags. After exchanging the first bag out, the second bag also had stale and crisp chips in it. So, I asked for and got a refund back to my card. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Food was OK. location was very dirty trash threw out inside and outside. Asked staff to help us to clean up tables They said they didn’t have any time for it and would get to eventually. Later and employee came to grab a highchair but couldn’t be bothered with cleaning the table .

It was good. We had the bowls and tacos. The chicken was very dry, we didn’t see any onion or cilantro at this one like we see at other Chipotle restaurants. They were busy which is good to see. I’ll be giving them another try soon.
