The food I ordered a couple of days from this facility had a hair in it. When I went to customer care, I was only able to talk to a Bot that said thank you for feedback, we’ll do better in the future. I want my money back for an entire quesadilla I threw away. I expect better Chipotle!

The doors are locked at the time when they open. People inside don’t want to work. Lack of any responses. When asked how long to cook the food, they not only not have an answer, but just ignore you. Later came and said that 30 minutes to cook some steak. Did not eat here. Don’t come to this location.

Be wary of the chicken. For some reason I always get slight food poisoning no matter the location but this is the worst. The first time I ate here I didn’t get full blown diarrhea but this time I had to leave work early due to the pain and constant trips to the bathroom. The chicken tasted fine, it wasn’t busy I went around noon yesterday but never again.

Credit to the employee who made the food quickly however the cashier disappeared as I was about to pay. Stood there and waited for another 3 orders behind me to be completed. Clearly, their system doesn’t work. And to that clueless cashier who walked away.. read the room!

Table were filthy look like they havent been wiped down all day. ThankfulLy I keep sanitized wipes for these occasions. They weren’t busy when I went so no reason they couldnt have someone wipe them down. The chorizo or what looked to be chorizo was rather dry like it hadnt been changed out. The pinto beans looked the same wasnt getting either of those items.

Place a order online and order guacamole on my bowl and guacamole with chips.. The guacamole was dark like it been sitting there all day didn’t see any kind of green. Call and complain talk to Steve or Steven he told me thats how they make it and they told him to server it like that didnt even offer to replace or money back
