Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Only drawbacks were that this location doesn’t have lemonade nor “agua frescas” like other locations do (despite it being on the menu) and also eating space is a bit cramped. Otherwise excellent!

I should’ve just gone to Chick Fil A. I’m new to this part of Austin & it was my first time visiting this location. Rude service from one of the girls on front line working 3/21/23 at 4:30-5pm, and poor portion sizing. No greeting, just “what do you want” followed by miserable looks, and when I said a friendly, “thank you!” she purposely ignored me in such an obvious and rude way. Additionally, the mat at the entrance facing Chick Fil A intended for wet/muddy feet is so slippery that I almost slipped when trying to dry my shoes after entering on a rainy day. I will never return. What a negative experience – and I used to work in the food industry – no excuse. I recommend going across the parking lot to Chick Fil A, or any of the surrounding options, where employees treat their patrons well and don’t skimp out on portion sizes.
