This Chipotle was very clean and nice. I went there around 1pm on a Wednesday and there wasn’t much of a crowd. The staff was very kind and the ingredients were very fresh. I felt like they were also generous with the portions, not something that all Chipotles are known for! I would definitely come back.

The food is great. Everyone is very friendly. Sometimes the tables are wet from cleaning, which then I have to dry, and one time, my cheese wasn’t melted on my quesadilla- but they were short staffed.

I love Chipotle, but this one. The place was dirty, the tables weren’t clean, the trash cans full, the young associates were very rude. The food was okay. I walked up and the associate just looked at me, I told him what I wanted and he never said anything. He spoke once to say he needed more beans. The other associate threw my sides in my bag, and smirked at the cashier girl. I am not sure if there was any leadership on duty.

Always out of chips and guac. Placed an online order with chips and guac. Picked the order up and had no chips and guac. Went back and was told they can’t refund call this number. Called the number and got a “free” coupon for chips and guac that I already paid for. Went back to use the coupon. Out of chips and guac again. That is the best part of chipotle. Don’t waste your money here. Go anywhere else.

This is the only location that I come to that is always out of at least one or two things entirely (last time it was fajita veggies, the time before steak, the time before that queso, and this time guac). I also am not coming right before close or anything like that (usually come around 7 PM).

Everything was great. But, as I watched them prepare food for other customers I noticed they were served bigger portions especially, the take out orders. They almost couldn’t close the containers. I paid the same amount of money for my food and received alot less, both me and my friend.

I rarely have Poor experiences at chipotle but this one for sure was not a great experience. The staff was average not friendly but not rude. The problem was they were literally out of everything. Out of pinto beans, out of sour cream, out of chips, out of guacamole, out of lettuce, ice. I always eat at the same time 8:45 – 9pm cause that’s the time I get out of work and some chipotle’s are still grilling at the time. But this team seemed ready to call it a night. Positives: Location was clean, Team seems like they get along.

This place has messed my order for the last time. I come here frequently cause it is close to my job. if you get food here just order at the restaurant not online they never have it ready on time and they make you feel like the jerk for ordering online while you wait for your food.
