workers where fine but when serving my food all spoon scoops where half of the spoon even asked for extra because it was so little in my bowl and was still given half a spoon full maybe even less. very disappointed. at the register asked for a medium cup was told they where out of medium lids which is fine, asked for a large cup and some chips as well. paid and was not given my cup i stood there for a second waiting for my cup but employee did not acknowledge me and started the person next to me transaction. finally after 1 other person got my cup and left. when i got to my car opened my chips and there was literally maybe 20 chips in total in the bag ! not even half full.

Horrible customer service from the girl with glasses and a braid, name unknown as they don’t wear name tags — that’s professional. “It is going to be like 15 minutes cause the store opens at 11. Umm. Ma’am. The signage says the store opens at 10:45 AM. It’s 10:48 AM. While I realize you don’t control the online orders, your tone, hostility and sarcasm is not appreciated as an independent contractor. Don’t come here as a patron as you’ll definitely receive the same level of customer service. 0 of 5 stars. Avoid at all costs.

May 22, 2023 at 8:40. The server/cashier that made my bowl was not only rude, she failed to let me know that they were out of cheese and some of salsas. If you don’t want to work there then don’t, don’t take it out on me or chipotle and ruin everyone’s experience. Workers there are rude.

Should have read the reviews. BROWN chips that tasted like BURNT POPCORN. Ordered directly through the Chipotle app, and burrito bowls arrived COLD! Not warmish, like it cooled down on the trip, but *COLD*. And one had no meat!
