Regardless of location. Chipotle is always my go to place whenever I forget to bring lunch to work lol.. it’s healthier than any fast food.. Love the steak bowl… it’s nutritious and I get my well needed protein. And except for the rice and beans which never taste that great. I’ll still eat then though but the fajitas, veggies, red salsa and guacamole taste delicious.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were liquids at the bottom where you grab your forks. The workers look at you as if we’re doing a disservice just being there. Every single table was extremely dirty. The girl serving me was legitimately chewing the food they just made. I can’t make this up. I go to chipotles all over Texas and whoever the manager is and or owner should read this to improve this location. If I could give below a 1 star I would.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this chipotle location has now left me disappointed multiple times. Mistakes are made from time to time and I get that. However, twice now I’ve ordered a burrito for pickup through the app and I felt like they skimped me on my portions. The only special request I ask is for extra/double rice and I’ve received burritos that almost look like less than a normal portion of rice. I wouldn’t find issue with this if I didn’t specifically ask for extra. These burritos seem significantly smaller compared to when i order in person. Other than that everything else is mostly fine.

I worst experience that I have ever had in Chipotle was at this location, I ordered online through their website and the pickup time was 12:30PM, went their around 1:08PM and the order was not ready. I asked multiple people working there about the order non replied to me, like literally they did not respond to me. And then I said where is the order at last one person from the back came and started making my order. I went to the store on Aug 29th 2023 1:02PM so that they can track the people who were working, I wish I could give a name of that one who was working and who didn’t even bother to reply to me. She was at the front desk taking the orders.

Very bad customer service. Cashier didn’t want to accept a reward because “it had to be in the bowl” I just ordered. Before paying I asked to just put it in the bowl since I have not paid. She was not happy and I told her: “you know what? Forget it. I won’t be coming back to this one. Your service is not very good. We eat at Chipotle almost everyday when we are out of town and maybe once a week in town. Out of steak, out of veggies. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Ordered 70 Burritos 48hrs in advance for our team at work to deliver at 11:30AM today. Driver did not arrive until 12:30PM because this Chipotle on Riverside Dr. in Austin, TX did not start making our food until 12 noon. When she arrived to us at 12:30pm she only had 2 burritos!! Sent her back to recover the additional 68. It is now 1:35pm, the day is almost over and my staff has not eaten lunch as a result. Called the restaurant and got a message saying they are closed until 10:45am … but it’s already after 1:30pm. Terrible service from this store. Impossible to call anyone to inquire about our order. Will never, ever order from here again and something tells me they will not care. Whoever owns this store needs to be reprimanded by the BBB for taking almost 1,000 dollars of our money and not delivering as anticipated or even being available to apologize and offer a decent explanation. So disappointed …..

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Do not come here. Upon entering, you’re ignored and they wait minutes before even greeting you. They are always out of a handful of ingredients. The employees seem like they really do not care. I’ve never had a pleasant experience. 0/10 would recommend.

I don’t know who the manager is of this place, but they need to be fired. This Chipotle has been here for a long time and never had any issues until the last 6 months, and now they are always out of something, or cutting corners in some way. I stopped going in and ordering bc frequently I was told they were out of some item, only to see that they actually were stocked but only for the online orders. Seemed odd to me, but ok I’ll just order online if that’s the case. Well now just today is probably the second or third time I’ve gotten a bowl with significantly less weight then it would be if I were ordering it in person. Like really? You can’t spare some extra rice and beans?? I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the bowl right after I open it. Same with the guacamole, it was a very small amount. All total with a bill of $14.. I shouldn’t be hungry afterwards. I’m not even a big guy. Something is wrong w the management at this location and honestly I don’t want to waste my time and money going there anymore
