They screw up or under portion everything on online orders. $12 for a quesadilla with about a half dozen pieces of meat and almost no cheese? Likely sticking with Cabo Bob’s going forward. (For reference, I do not have large hands)

Did not feel welcomed here. We walked in around 8:30pm to dine in. All chairs where put up on ALL the tables. We ordered our food and wanted to redeem one of our rewards (chips and guac) they did not have the chips therefore I was not able to redeem and LOST my reward. On top of that they included a guacamole and charged us for it. Also when customers were walking in to order they were being told that they were closing in a few min. Also told other customers that they were closed for 10 min while they cleaned the serving bar. Just no happy with this place. Oh and customers could not make use of the bathroom. The hallway that leads to bathrooms was blocked with a few high chairs.

This place is a real disappointment to this food chain. I love chipotle but this one is Beyond the worst. This place is dirty and disorganized. I understand it’s busy but management should know how to handle the volume. When I arrived there was a long line and I waited about 15 min to order my food. When I was ordering my food I couldn’t help to notice the mess that was in front of me. There was food everywhere on the table except in the food trays. They were out of everything including cheeses, veggies, steak, chicken, and chips. Why did I bother to walk into this place when there was no food to be served. After they pieced my meal together from two stations I still didn’t get everything I wanted. I also ordered two quesadillas online because you can’t order them on the spot. I received one quesadilla and a bowl with rice, chicken and guacamole. I’m not sure how you mess that up. The chicken tasted burnt and was full of chewy Cartilage. For the price they charge I would expect my order complete. The entire experience was horrible. The bad thing that this is not my first bad experience with this location. I will probably never go back and would not recommend this location.

Wow, I just paid 10 dollars for rice with 4 pieces of chicken. Not going back here anytime soon. Last time they gave me the wrong bowl. I would not recommend ordering online. I tried calling and of course no one answered.

The drink station is trashed and every single table is filthy, yet the employees here seem to care more about the conversation they’re having behind the counter than making the place look halfway decent. I watched them completely ignore a customer for almost a full minute so they could finish their conversation. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The manager is oblivious. Corporate needs to step in and either re-train or fire everyone here.

Ordered on line, the order went through but when we got there to pick up the order they didn’t have our order ready. They told me they were out of multiple items that we ordered. When I asked why the order went through the response was less than professional. The employees were snotty and rude, they said if I wanted I could speak to the manager and he was no better. I did not get the managers name but today is 4/30/23, so who ever the so called manager is worked this evening. I was told to call a 1-800 number or the GM if I wanted a refund. I will never go back to this restaurant and will warn everyone I know to do the same. Hopefully the GM cares about this business and it’s customers.

The burrito bowls are the way to go here, the burritos are fantastic but often so huge they are hard to eat and can easily fall apart. The location is clean, staff super friendly, food was prepared lightning fast. They also have some nice outdoor seating. Good place for kids.

I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that they were out of chips. I specifically stopped by just to order chips and queso. They could have easily put up a make-shift sign that said they were out of chips. They weren’t closing for another 2 hours. They had no problem putting up a sign that says they only accept exact change for cash payments. This location never has its act together. They consistently take forever and need better organization. I don’t know why I continue to give them more chances. It’s mostly because I like giving people second chances. You’re better off going to Torchy’s Tacos up the road.
