I had a Chipotle burrito bowl, and I must say, the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. Each component, from the tender grilled chicken to the perfectly cooked rice and flavorful beans, showcased a level of freshness that truly stood out. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The addition of sour cream and salsa elevated the taste to another level, providing a delightful blend of creaminess and zesty flavors. This Chipotle location certainly knows how to deliver a satisfying and delicious meal. I overall had a best experience at this place

The food was decent. The prices were high, but I guess you’re paying for convenience because it’s in a popular shopping center. I paid $27.00 for a rice and meat bowl and 1 burrito. The dining area and bathrooms were dirty. The employees were all young teenagers. Some of the employees had long hair, and were making food without hair nets or hats. So yeah, maybe find a better location.

Came here for lunch during work. I purposely came in person instead of ordering online because they can be so skimpy. We used a BOGO offer and both got burrito bowls. They are definitely skimpy here and give less than other chipotles, but don’t be afraid to ask for extra. The condiments/ sauce/ drink station is on this little island, so be prepared to wait for people to be done just to get something next to them. Overall, quick service, clean restaurant, and tasty. Too expensive without the offers.

This location has gotten really bad over the last 3 months. I always order my food online, and when I went to pick up the food, a black employee refused to give me my food and acted as if I and a few other people waiting for their food wasn’t important. He kept telling all of us to back up and when other employees tried to help he would yell at them. If you’re too slow or can’t handle pressure don’t work in the fast food industry… i call corporate to file a complaint and low and behold that man is Micah Thornton the stores general manager. This guy has zero professionalism, rude to me and his own employees, and he won’t be there long apparently so maybe I’ll give it another shot

$16 for double chicken and guac, normally I wouldn’t complain but this is a recurring issue here. They used to actually fill these bowls up and now it’s maybe half full. Get it together guys.

I came to get food at this location a few days ago with my daughter and noticed that one of the African American workers were staring at my daughter in the most creepy way possible. She’s in highschool and this worker looked old enough to be a dad, so I called the store later that day to file a complaint, and the employee who picked up said it was their top manager Micah.

I rarely post reviews, but after my gf and I came and an employee swatted her hand, spoke to her in a demeaning manner, and overall made our experience terrible, I felt the urge to warn others not to visit the location.

This place is a joke. Ordered two bowls for delivery. Both bowls were only half full. One bowl should of had chicken but I was literally only able to count 5 small chunks of chicken in the bowl smh. Took both bowls back to restaurant and requested refund but was told by manager on duty (Don or John) that I would have to go online to do so. So I said fine, left food there with the manager and left thinking I could take care of this at a later time. Well that was a joke… Couldn’t get anywhere online to get help. Tried calling corporate this morning and they were just as much of a joke as their online help system. Was told they don’t offer refunds for portion issues and the best they could do was offer me a bogo.. So here I am without my order, out of 32 bucks and all they can offer me is to go back to one of these ridiculous restaurants and spend more money to get ONE free meal after they stole two from me…. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS never will they get another dime from me and you better believe I will tell everyone possible how this company treats their customers!

I ordered online. When I went to the store, there was a line almost out the door. I walked in. My food was ready. I received a text. Went up to the cashier. I was told. I had to wait in line to get my food. I told him I’ve already ordered and it’s ready. He’s still told me he wouldn’t serve me unless I waited in line. Apparently they were taking walk-in orders. They had people form another line to pay when their order was ready. This way they could take more walk-in orders. If I wanted to wait in line, I would’ve just walked through the front door not order online. this was totally ridiculous. I ordered online to skip the line then get there and have to wait in line for people that ordered after I did. I will not be coming back to this chipotle. I was told the person enforcing this stupid rule was Micah. 10515 N. Mopac

This is one of the best Chipotle locations in the city. The employees are hella cool and know how to give great portioned bowls without even asking. I always feel like I get my money’s worth at this location. Food is always reasonably fresh and it’s usually not ever busy there. I’m also loving the new Agua Frescas that Chipotle is now offering. All the flavors are delicious!!
