I’ve never seen a dirty Chipotle until now. This place was absolutely filthy. Cross contamination with the gloves, dirty prep area and line. Then to top it off the workers were rude and couldn’t tell the difference between chicken and steak.

I almost left because of how dirty the restaurant was, but I was really hungry so I stayed. The food tasted totally fine but I’ve never seen such a dirty chipotle. The counters where they make your food was so full of fallen food I couldn’t believe it, it was like no one had wiped down the counters for hours. And at first I assumed it was because they had their hands full until the cashier set her phone down and I saw she was texting, when she could have been just quickly wiping down any counter space, since the takeout food area had a lot of dropped food also. I see other reviews about this same thing… Does no one care over there that this is not how restaurants should ever look?

Omg worse food ever!!! They give a big bowl of plain rice with a pile of bland beans! I got a few pics of steak that was so tough and full of fat I couldn’t eat any of it!! The sour cream was melted so I couldn’t order that and the entire food serving area was covered in gauc hotsauce and sour cream dried up everywhere!! I spent 55 dollars on 3 burrito bowl 3 tortillas and only thing that was decent was the guacamole n chips!!!! Seriously!!soooo disappointed I hear good things about this place I don’t get it I wanted it to be good! I guess a lot of people like bland tasteless rice and beans and fake tortillas!!! Not for me never everrrr again!!

First off, girl who made our food had a bit of an attitude and I wasn’t fond of it. Secondly they were out of multiple items in which I very much enjoy. Had to settle for my last option. She did not wrap my burrito very well and it ended up soggy and falling completely apart. I will not be returning to this store. 0/10

Ordered chicken salad and burrito for me and my son. All the chicken had fat and gristle on it. Could eat my meal without having to spit out chunks of fat and gristle that should’ve been trimmed off before cooking. Really gross

If you go there after 7pm, then I hope you like chicken because they will be out of everything else. The workers will skimp you on everything and you’re lucky to have one of the drink fountains actually have the drink you want and not just clear soda.

I drive big rigs so I deliver out this way often I also order chipotle often through door dash and most of the time it’s horrible service! My main problem I’ve been getting is the meat never fresh, my toppings are never correct, and when I say meat never fresh it’s been old dry taste when I try to eat it! Please do better as you can see a bunch of lettuce I guess to hide that none of my toppings are there smh

I just returned from this restaurant. Very very disappointing . One of the worst Chipotle restaurants I have ever been at. Not the first time either. Every time, there is an issue. Either no food, too busy, not enough staff, wait time too long…on and on….I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
