First of all, I love Chipotle. They are usually very consistent from coast to coast. However, this is by far the worst location I have visited. My family and I went in around 7 pm, my children order their cheese quesadillas first then my wife and I began to order, we were told they didn’t have any brown rice so we choose white. Upon choosing a protein for our bowls we were made aware that there was no steak, barbacoa, chicken or Al pastor. We were not for-warned prior to beginning our order. We decided that since there was nothing to choose from we were no longer going to dine there. The young man make our food began to question why we were leaving and said we need to pay for the food that was ordered. It was not a pleasant interaction with the staff and definitely not to the typical standard of chipotle. The kitchen was also a complete wreck, and tables had not been busted in hours. Hope the management staff can get some training on how to run this establishment.

Girl making my food has major attitude and acts like she hates her job and you can definitely tell by the way she made my food. She didn’t even give me full scoops and I asked for a little bit more chicken and they charged me double meat. I have read reviews where Chipotle has been low cutting people on serving sizes. This has to stop or we will not be returning here and may also be contacting bbb.

Never get receipt when I order online. Don’t get My.points even when I order online. Didn’t get 2x steak. Waist of my points. Always get lbs of rice n beans, hardly any meat. Got literally 8 pieces of chicken al pastor. Meat never looks like TV ads. Chicken always looks dark.

Super good. And idk if this sounds weird but, Chipotle it’s self smelled so fresh when I walked in. Like the ingredients and stuff just filled the place! 10 out of 10 will be going back! Christopher the manager is absolutely wonderful at the one in midland tx!! And this also may sound odd but every time I go the employees are busy. It’s not like other places where they don’t want to work or are lazy. At the Chipotle in midland everyone is working getting things done! Absolutely love it and they are never out of anything unlike some places I go to. Again. Will be going back!

The girl that works the mobile order station always makes the orders wrong and has an attitude. My order asked for Lettuce and guacamole, yet I received no quac or Lettuce but instead cheese and sour cream. I have a diary allergy so I can’t even eat this… I paid $14 and have to throw it in the trash.
