This location needs to update their personnel. My past few experiences with to go orders haven’t been great. Missing items in order, food has been cold despite picking up fairly quickly. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Order here under your own risk theres a slight chance of getting it right.

Could have been better, ordered a beef, bean and brown rice bowl. I apparently got the cow that had not worked out in a couple of months. There was way too much fat in it. Everybody had fat and not just small pieces but big pieces. We also ordered a chicken black bean brown rice lettuce bowl and that one for thumbs up. Place was clean. Staff was quick to help. Atmosphere was very good. The only problem was that fat cow that was allowed to go into Chipotle.

Super disappointed. I always order steak tacos with sour cream and cheese and they never get it wrong. (How could you, it’s 3 items) but today I order and I received the saddest tacos ever. Barely 2 pieces of steak and NO CHEESE. didn’t even offer a refund for the poor quality.

I usually go and order food in person for take out and every time the order is correct because I can see what they are adding. Today I placed the order in the app to save time. I ordered the usual 2 salads for my co-worker and I, but when we opened the bowl there was no lettuce, the order said salad so I don’t understand why there was no lettuce. Also the meals seemed pre-mixed and stirred and it was mostly rice. So FYI, if you order online, check your meals to make sure they’re right before you leave the window.

Service was extremely horrible as i walked in. I asked for half chicken half steak and employee barely serves me any protein and i ask for more and they went ahead and charged me for double. To top it off food was extremely cold. Did not feel welcomed here at all. Worst location in el paso.

The employees here do not care about customer service, the store is dirty, the food is never cooked good, they have personal conversations while clients are there. It’s a disgrace how they are running that location. Will never return and called corporate. Drive the extra miles for another location. Went 3 times and all towns were garbage. The worst service ever. I ordered my meal with avocado and this is what I see under all my lettuce. I mean common this is a brown going bad avocado whole and hard. It made my entire meal taste awful. This is disappointing, n to think they charged me 2.45 for the nasty avocado is not cool. Guess I wont be buying there again.

Bad service, bad attitude from staff, under serving portions. Not worth it for the price when the one ten minutes away on George Dieter doesn’t cheap out. And if you get put in an online order they serve you even less. The employees roll their eyes and look upset every time I’ve gone there.
