Didn’t like the lady that was working at the place . She had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. She wanted to charge me extra for some salsa that I had ask for when I never had gotten before. She didn’t have a welcome attitude towards the costumers and it seemed to bother her when I ask her to make sure to put enough of the items that I was paying for as if she was the owner of the place. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I will go back and get her name and I will post it.. The lady manager was nice and the other workers as well. This location was the one that is located on Zaragoza Blvd across the Walmart..

Food was just okay. I had a bowl with rice, chicken, tomatoes, peppers and onions, which came in a modest-size “bowl”. Everything is served out of a warming trays, which i guess is the way Chipotle operates.Tasted pretty bland. Not bad, not good. Just “meh”. And for what you get, WAY overpriced. Over $30 for 2 bowls and 2 small drinks. My first and last experience at Chipotle.

Been there Twice now and getting my kids Two kids meals to go. They seem to be putting less chicken and rice every time and giving me Over Ripe or Frozen manderines that Taste Awful . And charging for Extra shredded cheese or Sour cream. Tacos Need Cheese Not asking for tomatoes or lettuce. Don’t Know Whats Their Problem??? I love Chipotle, but this one is awful. They have given me cold food twice now in a row. Both times when going through the drive-thru. The food felt like it came out of a fridge. It was colder than room temp. I highly recommend that no one go here unless you eat inside.

I’m gonna leave 1 star (I wish could leave 5 for them individually) but the overall experience was stupid. The one older lady went to go tell them they weren’t prepping right what I asked for. I’m staying in a hotel and need to fridge everything so I don’t want it to get soggy or bad so I simply asked for sides. I don’t want a big bowl or something that goes bad overnight. Shout out to Kaylee and Mariah they went above and beyond for me. The manager got called just because the older lady wanted to make me pay for something I didn’t prefer or order. Not coming back.
