It seems like the manager on duty HATES his job. Super unfriendly and very bad customer service. Upon arrival my order was not ready . I had to ask for an update on my order in which the manager went and got. I asked for a side of sour cream and the mild salsa and it was the end of the world for him. I don’t mind paying for sides in which I know I have to pay for but the way he went about giving me those sides and not even filling them up no thanks. Prior to the manager throwing a fit about the sides maybe he should have said we charge for these and so on. Like I said I don’t mind paying for sides for my child since I ordered a kids meal for her but to charge so much and not even fill up not worth it. Maybe next time be nicer . You have a job because of customers . If you hate your job quit and find something better suiting for yourself .

I seriously don’t know what’s happened to Chipotle. It seems like unless you’re friends or family of the workers you do not get what you pay for. I’ve given it multiple chances thinking, “oh it’s just an off day”. Five orders later. I am done wasting money. I pay for EXTRA chicken and get maybe the amount of a regular portion, MAYBE. Their burritos and bowls are 90% rice, even when paying extra. Salsa containers don’t get filled all the way, maybe half way if you’re lucky, a side of chips consists of a bag that’s 98% AIR. I literally feel robbed coming here. Not wasting my hard earned money here again.

Tried this new location yesterday and loved it! Huge portions, friendly employees, great music had me yelling “tequila!” During the playing of that song! A few others yelled it out too! Does that really happen? Good vibes! Highly recommend this new location!

The workers seemed frustrated. Not friendly at all. Our food was not hot and our guacamole looked bad. We will not be going to this location. We asked for glasses for water and the one worker looked like she followed us to make sure it was water we got. It was very very unprofessional.

Ordered delivery and they messed up every single thing on the order. They left 2 ingredients off my burrito and made the completely wrong order for my daughter. The food wasn’t great quality either. I would normally not write a bad review, but this is the 3rd time in a row it has happened(other two times were pickup). I went back to my order to verify I ordered correctly and I had. Will not return to this location.

Small portions. Ordered 2 steak, rice, pinto beans bowls ($32) and when I got home I was bamboozled of how much food was in there. Don’t get me wrong food was good but was expecting lots more. The chipotle on Zaragoza fills it up and I was expecting the same but I was disappointed. Next time I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to Zaragoza for better portions. Never coming back to this one. Thanks for nothing Chipotle on Edgemere! Pssh

Raul was a good cashier. The chubby girl in the front giving orders was really rude and rushing me. There was no one behind me and she was acting like there was a rush. Idk if she’s a manager but if she is, she needs to recheck how she treats customers and employees.
