Fourth time going to this chipotle, and today was by far my worst experience with them first of all the workers didn’t really seem like they cared. They didn’t even give me much protein. Most of my food was rice and on top of it the rice was still raw and hard. It’s a hit or miss here honestly but the fact that they didn’t care about giving me more protein and wanting to charge me more disappoints me. I hope whoever goes here has a better experience than I did today.

Short line to order. Efficient ordering. My tacos and her burrito were hot. Easy to find an open, clean table on Sunday at 2pm, though some tables were messy. Accessible by bus, light rail, car (easy parking), and by walk from VA hospital. Bathroom required code, and it was clean. Would do again.

Officially blacklisting this location because the quality has just bombed. Two terrible experiences back-to-back. The most recent visit my wife ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was literally crunchy, it was not cooked at all. It was completely inedible and we had to toss a $10 meal in the trash. We won’t be back.

DO NOT waste your time at this location. Many items not ready no matter what time you go in. If you ask the staff if steak or fajita veggies will be ready soon or if they are just out, their answers are always the same. They look as if they don’t understand you and shake their head. I’ve had multiple negative experiences here and will never return to this location and possibly any others at this point.

I ordered lettuce in my bowl and burrito did not get any. Also there was a bay leaf in my bowl. Portion size of meat was to little I had to really look for it.

I waited in a long line only to get up the front to find out they were out of an ingredient and they told me I had to wait for 2 minutes. THEN they told me I had to get back at the end of the line amd start all over again. I just walked out. This is the closest Chipotle to me, but I will never go to this location again.
