Great location in Westminster right on the edge of the plaza. Went here for dinner. It was a pleasant experience inside. Place clean, staff friendly, and delicious food. Got the burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese, and side of guac and it tasted great. Overall, great Chipotle. Would recommend.

I’ve never complained before but I tried to rate my order via the app when prompted but nothing loaded, so here we are. Fajita veggies were raw, some in the same bowl were cooked properly while most were under. Steak was also undercooked, not to mention a CHOKING HAZARD!!!!! Do better next time, Chipotle.

Ordered burritos from them on door dash. The burritos were absolutely tiny smaller than an iPhone. Why do you guys think it’s OK to over charge of food and provide less when someone orders over DoorDash?

It seemed that we were an inconvenience for these young and inexperienced servers. ABSOLUTELY NO JOY NOR ENTHUSIASM for what they were doing. The cook didn’t pay much attention to what he was doing so there was definitely a burnt smell persistant in the dining area the entire time we were there. I guess socializing with your coworkers was more important at that time. The dining area was messy and cluttered, the soft drink machines needed cleaning (GROSS), utensils needed to be re-stocked, asking for a small container of salad dressing was such a “big deal” for the cashier.

Worst management & worst experience. Went 06/27 got a chicken steak bowl hardly any meat then I asked if it was Al pastor or steak got an attitude, it’s my bowl not yours. I will call this as a charge back not even refund. Gave the food to a homeless dude. Couldn’t eat it with the negative energy and attitude from a manager when I asked if the bowl was steak or Al pastor. The worst chipotle in Arvada, Westminster, & Thornton. Going tell me well sir fyi the steak is more expensive than the Al pastor. Did I come in and ask for Al pastor prepped for al pastor no I didn’t I can in prepped to pay for a steak bowl not attitude. And what it saves a whole $1 at most foh. Worst chipotle EVER!!!!!!

Why don’t the employees want to put cheese on my burrito? Are they abused if they put too much cheese? Why do I have to ask 5 times for them to put as much cheese as they can fit only for them to sprinkle a thin layer on top? Can you make an “extra cheese charge” so we don’t have to have this fight every time? I just want my burrito to taste good and since you started filling the queso with beans that no longer solves the issue…..
