We eat at Chipotle occasionally and are typically satisfied. This particular Chipotle has problems which they blame on “corporate.” This visit we had a to-go order and ordered a steak and a chicken burrito bowl. When we got on the road and my husband started eating his he found the steak to be tough and grisly. We shared the chicken bowl. The next day I returned with the uneaten meal and my receipt. After waiting at least 10 minutes for a manager to appear, I was informed that the meat is all prepared off site and all they do is heat it, therefore, it was not their problem and I could try to get resolution by calling corporate. I couldn’t believe my ears. Finding out the food is not really fresh as advertised coupled with the poor customer satisfaction policy has ruined Chipotle for us

This Chipotle has gone extremely down hill. Had to wait 25 minutes in line so they can make online orders. Instead of using their prep station for online orders they use the one for the dine in customers, the line of people waiting to order was to the door, and they still just continued to make online orders. I finally get to order and they are out of sour cream. The drink station and tables were filthy. Corporate needs to come in and assess what’s going on with this location. I will not be going back.

There’s a reason why your online order rating is 50% accurate. Do your jobs. Order was wrong and they made me wait till everyone was gone to get my pickup order, togo people were was too busy moping to finish my food.

I went at 10:45 and some lady is sitting inside relaxing. I pull on the doors they won’t open. She signals with her hands that they open at 11 when the door clearly says 10:45 daily.

After several poor experiences I’m learning to NOT order from this location online. Almost every time I order extra chicken I end up with less than I typically get when I order just regular portions. I’m just disappointed for about the 20th time. I’m a slow learner I suppose.

Standard quality Chipotle food. But the workers seem to roll their eyes and act like you’re unreasonable if asked for a double protein portion. An appearance of general disdain for customers towards the end of the night. Definitely not the most welcoming experience.

25 min to order food. They were not super busy. All tables we dirty and gross. Soda area had not been attended to for quite awhile by the looks of it. Have not been to this store in a while because service is really slow and the food is hit or miss.
