This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! First off, the employees, horrendous. The guy with braids that works there is always sick coughing all over the place, wearing his gloves rubbing his dirty face then preparing food, complaining on the phone about how he had to come in when he was sick because everyone called out. The girls, just as bad, everyone looks like they would rather be elsewhere and they hate every second of their job. The employees are rude and miserable.

So the portions were toddler-size servings. It seems like all Chipotle’s are cutting down on their serving size. Never received a receipt for our order and charged us $1.50 each for corn and pico salsa(an extra $6). That would normally would be free when you build a bowl or burrito. We get salsa on the side cause we share. I was informed by the checkout girl of a Social media trend on the sides. I guess people are getting free food in side portion. I didn’t know and didn’t care about social media trends. Charging people without notice for stuff that’s been free, is criminal. After speaking to checkout girl twice an then a manager we received a refund. Normally, not going to cry over $6, but thought it was wrong. Also, check out girl gave my spouse attitude on while explaining the social media trending issue.

My food had chucks of not ripe avocado for their guacamole I couldn’t bite into it it was hard as a rock and they don’t pour what you ask for and will charge you extra if ask for more, such as more corn or pico, when they barley scoop.

Horrible service! All the employees had attitude. I understand that it’s Sunday but if you don’t want to work weekends DON’T DO IT! No enough rice and the leftovers was undercooked. I bought 3 items and all of them were prepared without grace and through it all at the bag that I ended up with saggy tortillas and all the ingredients in the bottom of the bag. The line was very dirty and I told to the cashier and he was in the position that he didn’t understand. The girl in line was rude and absolutely none customer service. The manager in charge needs to evaluate the employees performance before get them to the front but if the purpose is killing the business you will get it pretty soon. Chipotle lost the quality and the standards in most of the stores but I wish I could read the reviews before coming here.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. They have horrible customer service, constantly rushing you to decide what you want, smallest portion sizes ever and they made me pay $1.50 for some extra cheese on my bowl and gives me huge attitude about it. It is the closest location to my work so I go back but regret it every time. Other Chipotle locations are much better at customer service, normal portion sizes and do not throw a fit if you want some extra cheese. Avoid.

This Chipotle location offers quality service with friendly employees and good food. The steak was a bit under seasoned but the line was fast and the interior of the restaurant was clean. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quick bite in the area!

Don’t go to this chipolte. I’ve seen some employees vaping in the kitchen. Every time I go these mess something up and give attitude. The last 2 times I online ordered they didn’t put chips in my bag and then gave tude when I asked for them. It was clearly on the receipt. This last time I went they forgot about 5 things from my order. When u online order they hoard all the bags behind the counter then just stare at you like you’re dumb until they finally wake up and realize you’re there for an online order. Absolutely horrible.

Food is good still, staff was nice to interact with. This is mostly for corporate: stop increasing pricing and decreasing food amount. It’s ridiculous how small scoops are now and it’s not the workers faults, we know y’all are pushing this. From a longtime big Chipotle fan, figure it out. This ain’t it, last time I’m coming to any chipotle for awhile. Meanwhile other burrito places are giving you more and some for free (queso and guac) and y’all continue to charge more. Insane.

Chipotle is a completely a failed business model. Literally no matter what Chipotle you go into, you will be absolutely ignored in total silence for upwards of 10-15 minutes every time while the only two people working in the entire restaurant do nothing but make online orders.
