Consistently poor food and service, young and inexperienced staff that lack in food quality and decent service. Food is often not properly prepared; Unmixed guac, undercooked steak, and more. You can’t expect perfection, but over a large period of time the food has stayed just as poor.

Horrible location. The hours of operation are always off. Today I showed up at 8:12pm and they were out of taco shells and chicken. I looked on google and closing time is 9pm, at the door it says closing time is 10pm. Whichever time is correct, how do you run out of food before closing time? This is a franchise not a mom and pop restaurant.

I got a chicken burrito on May 5th for lunch. Something was bad because I got the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I threw up 11 times, and am still out of commission. Two days later I can finally drink water without vomiting. For a minute, I thought I was going to have to go to the ER the symptoms were so bad.

We enjoy Chipotle, but this location is lacking in proper prep. Avocado skins in the guacamole, large cilantro stems in the rice, undercooked hard rice…. Just not as enjoyable as other locations.

Steak had so much fat and gristle, and some of it was nearly raw. Less than half of it was edible. They were out of fajita veggies and corn salsa. The staff was very subdued. They could have been just a little bit friendly.

Ordered 3 burritos for takeout. 2/3 were wrong. One had guacamole when I didn’t ask for it. Another had guacamole when I didn’t ask for it, and didn’t have queso that I did ask for. Simple instructions couldn’t be followed.
