Worst location, would give zero stars if i could! We don’t live far enough for the food to get cold but it was. Not once but twice! Chips were old and half soggy. No wonder there is never a line. Will stick to Wadsworth location.

I am very disappointed every time I go to this chipotle in the evening. It is a totally different restaurant from lunchtime. Everything is filthy. The food line has every single item mixed in one another and the food items are everywhere. The individuals that are making the burritos and salads are unable to make a meal without intervention at almost every single item. I ordered a burrito and at the end the gal wrapping the burrito could not even successfully get it closed. She tried a second time with the second tortilla unsuccessfully, and then crumbled the aluminum foil around this poorly wrapped burrito and gave it to me. The evening manager does not seem to be doing a good job at all managing his employees. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the evening due to the poor management and the deplorable environment.

Don’t think I’ll ever go here again. The prep surface on the burrito line was filthy, the food did not look fresh at all. Every table in the dining area was filthy or had food on it. Ordered a bag of chips and they were stale and definitely a few days old or longer. Was given a second bag as replacement and those were stale As well. Staff was not welcoming and rude.

The make line was an absolute mess. The sour cream was full of lettuce and salsa. They were out of guacamole and said it would take 10 minutes to make. Wasn’t worth the wait for me since my bowl was already made at this point. I had to repeat myself several times when ordering because the place was so loud. I can get over some of those things but the messy make line is what will make me never come back.

Went to get a bowl at 7:30pm on Monday 7/3/23 and they were out of mild salsa, corn and salad dressing. I asked if they had more and they told me “we are out for the night”. You guys close at 10pm how is that ok? I went to get a spoon by the soda station and they were out of all utensils, I left without asking.

The past two times they got my order wrong. The last time the portions we so small they were not even a full meal. The bowl was less than half full, the burrito was the size of an apple, and the tacos had three pieces of chicken in and so it was pretty much just the shells. The chips were also overcooked. I’m going to start going to the location in the mall.

Tired of hearing a bunch of whining customers. Of course, they charge extra for sides. I go the Ken Caryl often and have always found the employees, to be caring and kind. Good service, good food and good price. I will continue to be a patron and won’t be looking for something for nothing.

We visited in the evening 7/16/23. Every table in the restaurant was filthy. They were out of fajita veggies, chicken Al pastor, corn salsa, and lettuce. I have been to chipotle hundreds of times and this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. Also the team was unhelpful and unsympathetic – the shift supervisor sarcastically said “I’m sorry I ruined your day”. They were rude and unprofessional – avoid this location – we will never be returning.

Might want to make some major improvements given the consistent bad ratings of this location. Food was 3 stars. Was told by a very rude Asian (mentioned purely for identification) kid in a rude way that they are “dead out of queso” and was also very rude to other customers. Guacamole looked old, too. Just be mindful when you go here 🙂
