We ordered delivery for lunch and the veggie bowl I ordered was NOT what we requested. My son only asked for rice and cheese but extra of both. Ended up paying $10 for half portions of both. He was so upset I ended up making food anyway. I don’t post when this is out of the norm but it has happened A LOT and nothing is getting better by talking to them directly.

Wow. Where to start with this place. It took me 20 minutes to get through the line. There were eight people in front of me. The staff were walking around like they were in slow motion. Zero hurry. This was during the lunch rush at 12:45pm.

I love chipotle. This Parker location is the most disappointing and erratic location I’ve visited. Order a double meat and it’s always a single for you. Go in the restaurant and all the tables are dirty. Literally a constant disappointment.

In other states, eating at Chipotle means you will have a consistent quality meal. This location is like the store that corporate forgot exists. The food was so bad this last time I threw ALL of it away/ the guacamole was brown, the chips were over cooked and had zero salt, the steak in my taco was so grisly I couldn’t chew it, the sodas from the fountain had almost no syrup in it, the lemonade was so sour it was like they forgot the sugar. They should force the staff member preparing each thing to EAT IT themselves before they are allowed to serve it to a customer. Disgusting. What is with the service in Parker lately?

2 times we’ve come here and had a bad experience. The food was not good and also the chips were extremely salty and stale. Other locations in the area aren’t like this. Also found a piece of plastic in the steak bowl. It’s sad to have to write this review 🙁 chipotle’s gm needs to address

I never leave reviews, but this experience was rough. And judging by others, this appears to be common. There was a giant line, but it was honestly only due to the slow service. Workers were constantly walking away, not taking orders/making them. The few occasions I saw them working, they appeared to be in slow motion. The manager looked as if he was strung out as well. That certainly didn’t help. I waited 20+ minutes and left. Didn’t even get halfway to placing my order. Maybe they need more hands? Maybe they need a new manager? I couldn’t tell you. It’d be smart to stay away from here for the time being.

I grew up going to this chipotle and it used to be amazing. Used to have helpful friendly staff and they were always willing to accommodate if something wasn’t right. Well, 3rd strike this last week. After the pandemic they have had horrible customer service, and the food has been terrible. 3 months ago I made a call ahead order which I’d done before many times. A young man answered, took my order, confirmed the location, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later, no food… I would’ve been happy to wait and have them make it, but they denied that I had called at all and said they couldn’t help me. I was upset, and the manager came out, didn’t offer to remake my food or anything, and didn’t even apologize. The kid who took my order who was working phones denied taking calls within that time frame. They stated again they couldn’t help me and I left. Last week I ordered via grub hub. The picture shows what I recieved. My order didn’t include even the basics, white rice, black beans, nor veggies, all which I checked while ordering. And to make it worse, this $20 bowl wasn’t even half full. I will never return to this location nor will my friends and family in the parker area due to similar issues.
