This location is great, but there is a line employee who I presume is the manager and I feel like he makes a concerted effort not to give full portions. I am a former chipotle line worker and every time I come here I seem to be given 50-75% of what is considered normal when he is working the line. When I end up spending 15-20 dollars on a bowl, giving me a 1/2 – 3/4 scoop of meat feels essentially like highway robbery. You’re telling me that $10 for 2-3oz of steak is fair? I understand inflation has made everything cost more, but it is off putting to have to ask multiple times for “a little bit more of ___” and this happens from the rice all the way to lettuce. It is frustrating enough for me to want to drive to a different location. This has happened numerous times and I think I finally got frustrated enough to leave a review. That being said, this location is clean, efficient, and most other employees and very polite. Just the manager makes me feel like he is actively giving less product in an effort to improve his margins. Come on guy, be decent.

I have gone to this location many times and am sympathetic to the job market right now and understand it’s difficult to staff. But unfortunately today I received a chicken bowl and the chicken was charred and cooked on the outside but raw on in the inside. Be careful!

I’ve been coming here for the last year, the last several times I’ve been coming here over the last month I’ve been getting less and less food. What once was a good meal, now is a snack. Today the burrito bowl was barely half the container, with no change to my recipe. I like this place, and I hate to see them go down hill like this.

Immature and lazy workers leads to bad service. I have been in this store sever times over the last few months and I have seen a decline in their customer service. Today I ordered a STEAK burrito bowl with lite sour cream off of DD only to receive a burrito bowl with ZERO STEAK and about 3x the amount of sour cream as normal. Safe to say who ever works at this location hates their jobs they think messing up customers orders intentionally is like funny or something. Either way this is what happens when you hire immature people to run your restaurant.

30-45minutes before they closed there was a worker scrubbing an extremely wet floor in front of the open food prep station, not only making it a safety hazard for his coworkers but a hazard for the food. I waited 10minutes before someone took my order.

Always delicious! I’m so grateful for the veggie option – so few fast food places have that. Also highly recommend the Chipotle app to get rewards and free sides etc as you build up points. Can’t hurt, right?

This place is horrible. I ordered a burrito and some chips and that same night I was throwing up like crazy, had the worst migraine and was extremely nauseous. I couldn’t even go to school for two days because I was so weak. This is not the first time chipotle has done this to me. It has been like this many times and I don’t advise you to eat this at all. You can get better food places that don’t make your stomach hurt and taste better overall.

Why are you guys so skimpy with portions? Tired of getting half the amount of cheese and guac (that I pay extra for) when I come to this location as opposed to other locations. Are the ingredients starting to come out of employers checks or are they just conserving out of laziness so they don’t have to make as much? It’s always dirty looks and little portions, if you don’t like your job maybe find something else? We should get what we pay for. I will just start making the drive to the next location.
